Everything was fine. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Very kind host, good communication. Lots of gifts: wine, water, beer, sweets, fruit, coffee. Close to the center, a 15-minute easy walk.

Nothing to complain about! Perfect in every way!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, packed with everything you might need during your stay and more. Wifi is with very good speed, both rooms have big TVs, air-conditioners in both rooms that we didn't actually use because it was very warm /we were there in February/, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc. Like I said all you might need and more. Location is perfect building is new, with clean lobby and modern and spacious elevator. Even though it's in the city center it's not loud at all. We stayed a week because my father had an operation in the nearby hospital and we have no complaints. The owners live on the same floor and are very helpful and friendly without any intrusions in your privacy. Parking place in the back yard of the apartment building was a definite plus and the car is visible from the terrace. Overall an amazing property, clean, modern in a perfect location with friendly and polite hosts! We will definitely be coming back! Thak you for the lovely stay! Best Regards

To be fair there isn't anything we disliked....if I had to write something I'd mention that we have a preference for firmer pillows and we found the pillows slightly soft, but, like I said that is a preference rather than a complaint

In all honesty everything about the service from Victor and everything about the apartment was absolutely brilliant. A beautiful, well presented, clean, warm and up market apartment that was the perfect place for our stay, offering everything we could have hoped for. As we also had an evening flight, Victor was nice enough to allow us to stay until late afternoon rather than the allotted check out time of 12. I can't speak highly enough of the service from Victor and for the quality of the apartment. Wonderful value for money too

Everything is perfect. Spacious living room and seperated bedroom, large bathroom, comfy bed. Easy access to the public transport. The accomodation has everything you need, having all necesscities from hair dryer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, cooking stuff, iron. It has elevator, new building, clean and well taken care of. Viiktor is very nice host, He provided drinks, fruits, water upon arrival. Good communication from the start. One of the best accomodation so far. Definitely will book this again the next time coming to Sofia.

Everything. The entire apartament has everything we needed, from utilities, to space, even a first aid kit! The location is 20 min walking distance from the city centre, and 5 min walking distance to Sofia City Mall. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated. There is also private parking. The host was very receptive and nice, made sure everything was perfect.

This is just a personal thing but it would be nice if the curtains were thicker or if there was a blackout blind. Too much light comes in early in the morning.

Actually no. Only difficullt part is find the entrance. If you are good at driving, parking shouldn't be a problem (it was very difficult for me though)

The owner is very nice person. It was difficult to find the entrance but onwer came to downstairs and met us there. The room is very clean, spacious and cozy. We stayed only two nights in Sofia, but if we had been able to extend hour stay, we would have chosen the same apartment. It is slightly further from the downtown, but close to the tram station, so moving didn't have any problem.

I would prefer a big shower cabin - but this is only my own preference and I saw the photos in advance so there was no surprise. Some people would say the opposite :-)

Spacious, cosy, clean, well equipped, comfortable 2 room apartment in a new 7 storey new building. Private parking. Viktor came immediately when we arrived. Good public transport connection to the center by tram and metro. Fast food and supermarket 5-10 minutes by foot. Photos in booking.com show reality, but I would say the apartment looks even better and cosier when you see it live.
