When there are more guests the food run out and are not replaced or replaced in 15-20 minutes. Hotel is close to the main road to Smolian and it's quite noisy 24/7 (even the room was on the opposite side)

The breakfast was good. The chair lifts to Snejanka are working and it's interesting to visit the TV tower there.

There is no elevator which reaches the restaurant / parking level. So whatever you do you must lift your suitcases about 30 steps.

The view is amazing. It was very clean. Value for money was fine. Friendly staff. Rooms look exactly like the pictures on the site.

Very clean, spacious and quiet apartment. I liked that there was bathroom for every bedroom. There was everything you need for your great stay. The staff was great.

We had no idea that we would have such a pleasant experience. Hotel Nero offered us a high level of service. The base is wonderful, the breakfast impeccable, and for the staff I have no words to describe their responsiveness. Always with a smile and ready to please our every whim. The only bad thing I experienced was the bed. Mattresses are clean however they are very stiff. I couldn't get any sleep until I put on a big quilt underneath me so It gets a little softer. I have nothing else bad to say about the complex other than that.

The complex was very clean. The employees were very kind. The pool, saunas and the hot tub were regularly cleaned and the wellness centre was great. There is a bus which drives you to the ski pists, although they are not far from the hotel. The complex is renovated and is very warm. The food was great too.

The parking is a bit packed during the weekends, cleaning could be a bit more frequent and the sofa was a little uncomfortable, otherwise all really good.

Great value for the price. The food in the restaurant is very good, including the breakfast. Nice pool, good size of the rooms, kids-area is also quite nice.

The sofa bed had a rock hard mattress which caused the worst sleep I ever had in a hotel

Close to the slopes. Transfer shuttle to the slopes and back with no limited number of rides Large apartment, with small kitchen. Verry clean. Decent SPA free parking with plenty of spots, even though the hotel was full

For us slopes were little bit far. We needed to take the shuttle every time. To schedule the day after the shutle schedule is not always nice. Good part is the shutle was always on time

There wasn't Internet in the room. Ski depo was very high with many stairs.

Breakfast was bad. People come for breakfast mostly after 9 am and there is no place to sit, nothing to eat - the staff doesn't bring food on time. To drink a glass of water we had to stand in line at the bar because you will not find cold water at the buffet.

Perfect warm and light room with soundproof. Amazing view from the window. Friendly staff.

Try to avoid visiting swimming pool during weekends, namely when a lot of kids are there 😁.

Friendly and helpful reception. Nice location, hotel’s minibus transfer to the nearest slopes takes 3 min. Walking without equipment takes 10 min. Big private parking. Good breakfasts and a’la carte restaurant. Swimming pool is quite big with warm water.

The hairdryer wasn't working properly and the hotel couldn't replace it. The elevators are always busy and the numbers of the floors are a bit confusing.

Breakfast was good, the staff at the lobby was kind. There is a playroom for kids next to the lobby.
