Parking is not appropriate.There is a parking man that accommodated all cars once they arrive. We arrived on Sunday leaving on Tuesday morning and on Monday morning he accommodated someone to park in front of our car and block us . We weren’t able to leave the parking for an our as we were waiting for someone to come and move his car .

I liked the facilities, the food and the nice atmosphere. 3 swimming pools, 2 saunas and spa rooms. Was amazing even that outside was cold we still enjoyed.

- Cleanliness is clearly a minus, both at the aqua park and within the hotel. We stood for 6 days, and the only time when the cleaning ladies cleaned our room was when we called them. And even then, they only broomed the room. Also, towels were only changed by request. - Parking is another obvious minus. You are basically parking your car in the forest at an overpriced cost. The gentlemen from the parking lot were basically useless. Besides the fact that they were not speaking English, they weren’t able to help me unblock my car from two other cars that were blocking it. I had to improvise a ramp in order to get my car out, without any of their support, even though the receptionist told they will help me. - No private beach - Staff seemed to be unhappy and not really committed in doing their job

- Food was plenty, but nothing extraordinary (as usual for all-inclusive hotels) - The aqua park is really nice, especially for kids

Cleaning staff are not the best, they either come too late in the afternoon, right after lunch when some want to rest, or too early in the morning. Also, they don't do very good cleaning during stay.

Great place for kids, good food and the animators are amazing. Really enjoyed our stay, there's always something fun to do. Will come back.

The hotel is a bit outdated and the rooms need some renovation. The beds are not very comfortable and the toilet seat is too close to the sink which makes it uncomfortable. (luckily you have so much to do outside so you don't really care about the room) Other than that part of the stuff are not very friendly

This Hotel is a great value for money when you have kids. the hotel have several swimming pool (2 indoor + 2 outdoors + 2 toddler pool) and about 10! water slides. the water slides are super fun and the kids really enjoyed them. when you getting tiered form the water there is a great play room (on the second part of the hotel) with many playstation (about 10 stations), billiard, and more. for younger kids have a gymboree room and an outdoor playground. The whole inclusive plan is great, the kids had many ice-cream , pizza, hotdogs etc during the day and the parents enjoyed free flow of beer and other local cocktails.

Room was excellent, food was ok but you could expect more from that hotel of such quality. Lots of people even early June, very quickly gets crowded around pool areas. Water slides are good for kids and adults as well, no transport to the beach.

Lets see...even since i got at the hotel the parking man started to scream at me even hes not speaking english (at prestige delux is an man who doesnt speak english but at the normal prestige -where supose to be more cheaper - the man speaks very well english ) that to park where he wants even was free places near the hotel ( but was reserved to the persons that they know or maybe give a better tip -but that should guess if they give or not -bec of this they got nothing from me) , then lets go to the reception -lets roll the eyes...haha..the repection mister was rolling the eyes in front of me when i had try it to explain him that parking guy was screaming at me... ok..anyway ..i get the key and go in the room ...lets try to fix an hammam ... yeah sure...no chance...the lady wasnt speaking english...lets use the google translater ...no luck ...its too busy but the schedule book is empty ...nice ...:)) .. so no hammam...second day i put on the door 'do not disturb' ... i try to explain the lady DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM ,DO NOT ENTER IN THE ROOM ...and i go to the breakfast ..omg ..i arrived at 7.25 am ...ok ..i enter just to get something to drink for my kid ...jezzz...what have i done ...a miss starting to scream at me...very angry..im afraid already that she will give me a slap ...and for sure she wasnt screaming in english...no way....omg...i stay to eat and then run at a private beach near ...i just didnt wanted to stay anymore at the hotel even i had chose it for the kids places ...ok...im returning from the beach...not anymore the papper on the door ...lets open the door ...omg ...what a nice surprise .the garbage in the middle of the room. (See picture)...really? ... Anyway...as hotel it is nice ...big rooms ... But as an hotel of 4 stars it should be persons that speaks english and the most important to be kindly and give a forced smile to every client even you dont like him ( i work for an company with hotels) ...

Animation team was nice and colaborated in what i had asked them...

The cleanliness in the hotel must be improved. The pools are too small and too crowded. The restaurant is not enough for the people staying in the hotel. The parking of the hotel is a place on the soil under the trees for which they request 10 euros pera day.

The aquapark is incredible. The restaurant has a diversity of food. The playground for kids is large and well equipped. The kids enjoyed it a lot.

Unfriendly staff, they didn't provide information about our room(booked Two-Bedroom Deluxe Suite, but they gave us 2 interconnecting rooms), no information about posibility use another hotel facilities. Hotel offers transfer to the beach 15Eur/day in fixed hours, which is not hotel owned. No one told us that there is a nudist beach nearly :)

The hotel beach is very far away, you need to take a shuttle which is theoretically promoted as free of charge, but you must pay for the sun bed (30 leva). When you arrive at the beach you need to pay extra 3 leva if you want a mattress for the chair. Parking is available for 20 leva/night if you are lucky to find any available slots.But you need to leave your car full period there because you get blocked or loose you slot if you take it out of the parking lot.

Large, confortable and clean rooms, nice pools and children facilities (aqua tubes etc). Food is ok, still repeating every day or not being refilled during meal hours. So if you don t arrive at the begining, not so many options to choose from. Overall average conditions.

The hotel was over crowded! The pool area was very very busy (we couldn’t manage to get a sun bed so forced to go to the beach). Pool area also dirty, not sufficient staff to keep the place clean/tidy. A bit expensive for the services given.

Rooms are large. Location close to the beach (10 min slow walk). Food was ok. Nice play area for kids in the evening. Lobby was ok.

Food was not good. Food for kids was too fried and crazily sweet, as it was for all others. In general, the hotel tries to save on food and drinks I would say. For example, the quality of fruits depends a lot and if you are not lucky, you will get a spoiled peach, for example. Wine seemed a bit diluted (it is my opinion) and juice was not really juice but rather a flavor water. Staff was generally fine with some exceptions. Some facilities in rooms need repairing. Cleaning was awful -- no floor cleaning at all (in a place near sand and beach!), no replenishing of shampoo, and there was a disguisting saving on toilet paper (giving just one small paper roll for a family of four -- did not we pay for all of us to get at least two?!). Well, environmentally friendly but not good for all-inclusive hotel where we had to use own napkins! My conclusion is that it is not a four star hotel, three stars maximum.

Very busy at the restaurant and at the pool, beach was approx 10 min away, parking costs 20 leva per day, our car was blocked by other ones, so on the departure day we had to call the other two drivers that were blocking our car to move theirs.

Staff were really friendly, lifeguards present at the pool at all times, plenty of activities for kids during the day, good snacks at the pool (pizza, pastry, ice cream). Room - comfortable beds, nice view from the balcony of the room (5th floor - garden / pool view - it had also a panoramic view at the sea). You have access the pools from the other Prestige.

They closed the pool and indoor play area for kids at 6 pm, which in my opinion is not so hood because that leave us basically with nothing to do beside than eat dinner. The entertainment at night was at the lobby, where the space is really small and they don't have enough seats. But at least they try. Maybe it was like that because it was super cold outside.

I liked the pool with slides, the pool for little kids, and the indoor play area for kids. I also liked the bar and the restaurant close to the pool. The room was big enough to accommodate all of us (5). I really loved that we had a dispenser machine where we can get coffee, cappuccino ,hot chocolate or milk.

Catering was done in 2 shifts (we got the second shift), so even the most popular dishes were not fresh. Very dirty eating utensils. Parking: Cars are parked in 1-3 rows. We were set up, unable to contact the driver of that car (good thing we weren't in a hurry to the airport)

it is possible to stay, but we would not want to return. not lucky with the weather, but it's good that the hotel has a sauna and a small heated indoor pool. the food is not bad.
