We enjoyed our stay at the Imperial Resort. Hotel is a short walk into Nessebar and a longer walk into Sunny Beach. We walked along the beach to both resorts but bus stops near the hotel with frequent services. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Good choice of food in the 2 buffet restaurants. Large comfortable bed. Housekeeping done daily if required. The Manager and his staff do a great job. This hotel is very good value for money.

Only indoors swimming pool and jakuzi was very small.

Beach not directly by hotel, you need to walk and rent sun umbrellas and loungers. Had a room to inside of hotel and some drunk people were shouting by 3 a.m

Some rooms facing the pool area could be noisy due to music and entertainment events. A/c unit was noisy but working well.

Nice property just steps from the beach. Good buffet. Food was varied. Room had a balcony with a view of the sand dunes and Sunny Beach. Bed was comfortable.

This is a transparent and sincere feedback, but the house cleaning was a little lousy. Not to be a negativist but there where days when i did't find my room vacuumed and found some hair from the ladies in my bathroom.

Well...from the very begining, when i saw the hotel, the welcoming was really nice, the doorman talked with me in my language (romanian)...that was thoughful.. the receptionist was very nice..and the room was excelent. The food was very nice and good..the drinks also..the beach and the water were great. I am considering of returning to this hotel on my next holiday! Thank you.

There were also a lot of processed foods, which I’m personally not a fan of, but that’s understandable. Also I spotted low quality ingredients in some of the food. My solution was just to avoid eating the processed foods. The tables at the main restaurant were not cleaned sometimes and cutlery was often missing. Parking is paid-20leva per day.

Great location, it’s literally next to the beach. Also not on main Street, which is huge bonus for me- it’s quiet. The room was clean, bathroom was perfect and modern. You can eat or drink whenever you decide. There is a snack bar outside which offers variety of food between breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even after dinner. Restaurant offered wide variety of foods for every taste and the food was really well prepared and tasted good. Animation team were doing their best. The pools looked maintained and clean, however I didn’t try them.

The pools were absolutely freezing. no one seemed to be phased by it, but we are from Israel and are not used to such temperatures in the water, even the indoor pool was icy. I also didn't appreciate our room overlooking a bar which got a bit noisy at night as the windows weren't 100% soundproof. But other than that we were pretty comfortable.

We came spontaneously with 3 kids for just 2 nights. Not knowing anything about the area or the hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of amenities, activities and fun we had during our 3 day stay. The hotel isn't new or modern in anyway but the rooms were super comfortable, shower had good pressure and AC was working just fine. We loved the variety of food options throughout the day and the staff at the bar were especially friendly. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel is located right on the beach and within walking distance of many "tourist traps" which were great for the kids.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was a good vacation for us. First of all the location of the hotel was on the Sunny beach seaside and central of the small shopping bazaars. Hotel has 2 outside and 1 indoor pools. The staffs know English very well and they are kind.Rooms were clean and the towels changed everyday. Breakfast, lunch,dinner and the snacks are very tasteful and great. The main restaurant has themes each night and serves different dishes like Greek or Italian cuisines. Also kids animations were good and funny. So it is a great place for families to have a good vacation.

No queen beds(and I asked during reservation..) they put 2 beds together without a top mattress, and they keep separating.Pillows were also bulky and too hard. I asked for a top mattress, but they didn't provide me with one..

We enjoyed our holiday qt HI Hotels Imperial Resort as we had a nice, clean room, there were a lot of activities for kids ans grown ups as well. There was a man at the réception who helped us with the parking nearby the hôtel, 20 leva per day. The food was varied and there were also thematic dinners (greek, Bulgaria, italian). The hotel is close to the Beach.

Renovation of the gym would make the Resort just incredible.

The staff was super helpful and let us in to use the facilities and have snacks even though we had a super early flight. For the money we paid everything was super with clean rooms facing into the sea. The Resort is easy to find, super close to the beach with an amazing variety of foods all day long.

No enough places near the pool. Bad washing of glasses. Quite dirty tables after previous eaters, but if you ask to clean it additionally - no problem. Staff in the restaurants a bit tired but still always helpful. Slow lifts. But high floor still was worth it for the breathtaking view!

Very good location. Rooms are clean, amazing view from the balcony. Clean bathroom. Room cleaning every day. Clean restaurant, despite reading reviews about long lines waiting for coffee or dirty floors, no everything was fixed and made for the guests comfort. Huge food choice. Food a bit simple but it’s ok. But also we had scampi and shark two times - was cool! Amazing helpful staff especially on reception. Pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

Our room was not properly cleaned, neither before our arrival and during our stay. Management is abusing its power, letting waiters run while several of them watch or stroll being completely idle. Not a healthy ratio of managers and waiters. Loud british clientele who shouts during day and night and nobody does anything to stop them.

Hotel is located in close proximity of beautiful dunes and right next to a beach. Food is delicious and their thematic dinners superb. Staff is very nice and polite.

Room walls could do with better soundproofing. Noisy all through the night with people returning at all hours during the night. Could do with more seating or better layout of seating in the reception area and upstairs from the reception area. No monitoring of drinks to people that had clearly had too much to drink.

Food is sometimes very good, sometimes mediocre (maybe it has to do with taste). The gym was a bit underwhelming but did the job.

The changing rooms in the indoor pool area was disgusting and extremely slippery, they had overbooked so too many guests for amount of staff so long queues for drinks up to almost an hour and waiting for tables to sit for meals and no clean crockery , booked deluxe room which had terrible view and very noisy from construction work all day long plus brown stains on carpet in bedroom
