There is an area of improvement in the SPA - the steam bath was almost cold and the staff couldn’t change the temperature. No toiletries at all in the SPA changing area. The bathroom and the bath are very slippery, this is dangerous. Missing conditioner from the toiletries.

Very nice and extensive buffet breakfast. The serving time until 10am is too early, but the amazing staff helped us and and we had our full breakfast. The a la carte restaurant is nicely decorated and the food is delicious. The service and the team in general are very kind, smiling and helpful 👏

The only thing I didn't like is that there was no swimming pool.

Because of the design of the restaurant and the type of the furnitures It is difficult to have breakfast with a baby.

Everything was perfect. I got treated like a king The new breakfast bar is way better than any other in Bulgaria. It's on par with the Kapinski breakfast bar. Very impressed with everything. Secure parking. The spa was very clean and functional. The dinner / lunch menu is very good. Really impressed. In future, I'll be happy to pay more to stay here. This has been my 4th time previously with a few issues. But it improves every time. Happy!

The hotel is about 40 minutes walk from the Old Town, but taxis are easily available. Also, more information about tours would have been helpful.

Everything is great

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. Would come back to stay again. At check in there was a small issue with the spa facility not being open on the day we arrive but the staff was very nice and offered us complimentary breakfast. We did use the spa on the following day and the facilities were great. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel manager came to check on us which I thought was an extra special touch. Thank you, we will come again !

I simply could not understand why, as an EU citizen, they insisted on my passport at the reception. Why my identity card was not enough? The SPA was closed when we were there for renovation.

Nice and quality hotel. Everything is very good quality, fantastic restaurant, great bar, nice rooms and very nice surroundings. Huge free parking with Tesla chargers. Breakfast is plentiful and there is a huge choice. The bed is really big and extremely comfortable. For two adults and two children it was a perfect transfer accommodation.

The spa staff had gone for vacation, as we were informed. This is ridiculous because it was the main reason of our travel. We even got an email telling us what the spa facilities include ! Outrageous to pay for no spa

A swimming pool would have been really nice, but that's very rare in Bulgarian hotels.

The breakfast buffet is extraordinary, one of the most extensive ones I've ever seen. The hotel is modern, very functional if a bit characterless, but just fine for what we were looking for after several days of arduous and hot hiking in the Bulgarian mountains. A good place to chill!

If there was only an outdoor swimming pool, this would be the perfect hotel ever!

Very new and modern hotel. Extremely spacious rooms with soft beds and big wardrobe plus a safe for your valuables,which was very easy to operate with. Good choice of TV channels. Not to forget the great air-conditioning! Fabulous up to date showers. Location was near enough to the city centre to walk and there was a lovely Spanish style restaurant in the vicinity. Loads of parking space for the visitors. Also very good service at the reception and the bar.

I would like to share that I really enjoyed the place and the things mentioned below did not affected my overall satisfaction but they should be considered and ran me into a bit of annoyance. No underground parking, which they said it's big but it's close to the capacity of the hotel, especially due to the fact that there's bunch of office buildings around and they share the same parking. I did ask the security guy if there was a way to reserve my spot as I need to go out for few hours and he was super unpolite, basically telling me "its not my home place to ask for such things". Also keep in mind there is garden irrigation system in place which is not setup properly and if you park around the grass areas - it will spray mud over your car.

Clean & spacious rooms. AMAZING restaurant and polite staff.
