The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel allows smoking in too many areas. The bartenders at the pool bar could be more polite and smile sometimes.

Clean and well equipped room, every day clean the room and change towels. Many different activities around outdoor pool ( water polo, darts, table tennis, archery ). Tasty and varied food and good choice of drinks. I especially enjoyed an outdoor activities ( thank you Mimi, you are the best!).

Literally everything from the moment we entered the standard of customer service provided was second to none, that’s from the bar staff, front desk, catering staff etc. they all went above and beyond, we enjoyed our stay at Ihot@l that much that we have already planned another trip back to Sunny Beach next year and we will be staying at this hotel. 10/10

1. The pool bar is very crowdy. They don't bring another waiter when the queue is long. 2. I knew from the beginning there's no free parking available, but 10 euros per day is too much. For 9 nights I paid 177 levs.

Breakfast is good. They have pancakes every morning. And the rest of the food is good enough for everyone. The pool is great and for all ages. 4 pools in total: 0.3 m, 0.65 m, 1m, and the big pool with 1.25m, 1.5m. Ping-pong tournament and water polo every day. Also other activities are present along the day with their animators.

Location is great, close to public shopping street and funfair but away form all disturbing noise, nice and quite. Walking distance to beach. Pool and activities are great for kids. They loved it. Food is also great with lots of different types and all delicious. Strongly recommended.

Some of the pool bar and lobby bar staff were lacking simple manners and made us very uncomfortable in multiple occasions when ordering drinks or icecream, but that didn't spoil our stay! All inclusive drinks aren't the best. Suggestion for a hotel with a good name like that to have mini bar filled for the guests in their rooms, as the mini fridge is empty, the only thing you get is a large bottle of water everyday. Also dinner time could be longer than till 21:00, or there could be some snacks for late night in the lobby bar or snack bar along with the drinks.

We really enjoyed our family stay at iHotel. Our room and the beds were super comfy and we got an extra pillows to make our sleep even more comfortable! The cleanliness is exceptional, cleaning staff working really hard around the clock to make the entire hotel spotless. We had small issues at the start of our stay, but as soon as we went to the reception, everything was resolved! The main Chef of the restaurant is a massive bonus to the hotel, a big shout out to him for the loveliest meals everyday! Also plenty of food and snacks at the pool bar daily, so no-one was ever hungry! Restaurant staff are very organised, I was fascinated watching them all working so smoothly! Animation team are amazing! Our child enjoyed the games at the pool and a foam party a lot! Sea was only a couple hundred metres away! Ballinese masage was 10/10! Overall it was very relaxing stay which we enjoyed so much!

We had a room facing the pool and an amusement-park. In the evening there was too loud music and the balcony door didn't protect us from noise outside. Luckily all the music is turned off by 23.00. I also wish there had been a wardrobe with doors in the room, regarding there were shelves only and open space furniture for your belongings.

The hotel is a specimen of tidiness and cleanliness. The management, the staff are very professional and many hotels in Bulgaria and abroad should learn a lesson from them. It is suitable for families with kids of different ages: there are 5 well-thought swimming pools of different height (only one for adults plus spa and indoor pool), 3 slides (one for toddlers and one for adults), very good animation team ( mini-disco, competitions, tournaments, kids club) and fun program for grown-ups (dancing and singing performances, karaoke, water polo, archery competition, etc.) Once there was a musician playing blues and jazz program for those dining on a terrace. Food is delicious, in abundance and a splendid variety, there is a snack bar with the junk food, ice-cream and drinks. the personnel is trying hard to comfort you. Sometimes even too hard)) All your problems are solved immediately. The hotel is in a close proximity to the beach. ( 5-7min on foot). Internet is not perfect but good enough and available in all amenities. There is either a good app to assist you in every way during your stay. For example you can use your mobile phone as a room key or provide a feedback about each daily activity. You don't have to fight over the lounge chairs next to the pool, they are in abundance daily and beach towels are free of any charges.

The hotel had plenty of amenities and lots of activities for the children to join in with. The restaurant was well stocked with plenty of variety in the menu. Every single member of staff said 'hello' as we passed them. The cleaner for our room was incredible, she kept the room very clean and tidy.
