We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing stuff, a very nice and clean apartment. It is like 6-7 minutes by walk to the beach and 2 minutes from the city center. The place had all the amenities we needed, perfect for a work-from-home trip.

United KingdomThere was a minor issue with the boiler on one of the nights, but the staff was really polite and kind and sorted it next day, although it was Sunday!
The location, literally 100m. from the center and walking distance from the beach was fantastic. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The staff was really helpful and reacted very quickly when the problem with the boiler occurred. The best service I have experienced in Bulgaria for many years!

The location was very good, the hotel is in the center of the town, near the shopping ,food and entertainment area, but the hotel street was quiet. The hotel has a nice garden for relaxing with trees, sofas and hammocks. The beach was also close, about 10-12 minutes walking. Very large rooms, equipped kitchen area, the appartment has two bathrooms, which is great for a family. Friendly and helpful staff.

ItalyA very old bathroom which smells bad from the pipes, the woman who welcomed us was very kind but doesn't speak any word in English, furthermore she was entering in the room without informing, no ticket 'do not disturb' is present so many times she came in the room I was working or we were in the toilet. I do believe it could be helpful if you inform the guests when it is supposed to come to change the towels. Backyard full of flies.
What I liked the most was the position of the hotel, in the center of Pomorie, 10 minutes by walk from the sea beaches and very close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A comfortable bed and towels changed everyday.

United KingdomWe extended our stay by booking another night through booking.com and wanted to stay in the same room. We messaged the manager about this who was really rude about it. The toilet has a very poor flush and the shower doesn't drain very well because the drain hole is raised up in the middle of the bathroom.
The other staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The location is great. Very handy for shops and the beach was about 5 minutes walk away
