The kitchenette was not very usable. The air vent was not connected to anything and it made cooking pretty uncomfortable. I wanted to cook with my son and we barely had the tools to do six however, if you do not intend to cook food while staying there are literally hundreds of places to eat or get takeout

The location was superb and it was rather cheap for such location. I have stayed at a slightly cheaper hotel about 100m away from this place and it was considerably worse.

Before I could recommend this property, certain things need to be fixed, like the bathroom door handle, broken handles on kitchen cupboards so they couldn't be opened. The laundry room had ceiling damage due to moisture.

The kitchen big appliances were good but it was lacking small utensils to be able to use them (no frying pan, no spatula). Air conditioning was brilliant, the pull-out bed extremely comfortable.

the only downside is that there is no elevator amd its on the 3rd floor, but the ad says there is no elevator, so that was our own fault. the only advise i have is maybe secure the wood that the matress is on with woodglue, because they did vome loose at some point. and maybe add some informatiom about the final cleaning in the advertisement, as we weren’t sure if we had to clean it ourselves. again, this apartment is great!

amazing location and super helpful owner! there was one tiny incident regarding my anxiety, but the owner was very understanding and helpful, out of all the apartments and hotels ive been in, this was the most comfortable stay for me and my anxiety and ocd. the location is amazing and very safe.

Very loud noise on weekends due to the proximity of the bars. The kitchen lacks a few things to make the kitchen great. There is no shower facility in the bathroom. More towels are needed, two are not enough. Complete bedding for another person is missing. The bed was very bad and needs to be repaired/changed. The apartment does not have a parking lot and you have to pay for parking in the parking lot. We paid 40 euros for 48 hours.

The shower is not separate from the rest of the bathroom. There is a small curb in the floor to help contain the water, but the water drains slowly and will splash to the other side anyways. In the summer, it takes about 12 hours for the bathroom floor to fully dry. This deluxe apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there are only stairs. Most of the lights by the stairs are not working, so expect the stairwell to be very dark at night. If you can put up with this, you'll love the apartment.

The location is amazing, close to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and places to see in Sofia center. The WiFi is fast (but may have some brief connectivity issues at times). The bed is comfortable. The windows offer a great view of the streets and have blackout shades for night. There is an A/C unit in the living rooms that also reaches the bedroom. The kitchen is basic but enough for a quick meal. The unit comes with a washing machine (with detergent pods). And the shower has nice hot water.

If you need an elevator - only stairs and its on the 3/4 floor, no central heating and only one air condition in the living room. This time there was not soap/shampoo in the shower or at least one capsule (detergent) for the washing machine especially when you stay there for few (at the supermarket you can only purchase big boxes or bottles). it will be nice to be supplied by the owners.

It's not my first or the second time in this apartment, I love the location (close to everything), quite and clean.very central and easy access.
