One of the hardest beds I have ever slept on. Unable to pay for combined accommodation/meal/drinks/breakfast till the following day. Room had to be paid for on arrival, no exceptions. Menu extremely limited.

Nice, quiet location next to the lighthouse of Shabla. Our room had nice see view. Small restaurant with good food. It’s a good starting point if you want to see the north of the Black see coast.

Bathroom was difficult to use: tiny space, shower directly on the floor, electric water heater adding to the already suffocating heat of 2023's month of August. Nothing to put one off, though.

Location is something anyone would appreciate. The host also provides nice tasty traditional dishes at the small restaurant downstairs.

Strangely, the bedsheets were too small for the bed (good that I had my own, only by chance) and the light was barely working. The rest was all good for this price range.

We stayed 15 min. The air-conditioning didn't work and it was almost 40C and the owner agreed that we should find another place as he had other business to attend and could not provide any fix. The balcony was not actually facing the see, the room was very small, like a cabin. One of the reception ladies was not nice at all.

When there's a southern breeze, your nose will possibly detect the nearby oil facility. The village is quite run-down, although compared with older photos there have been some improvements. We arrived for a two-night stay in the off-season, so we met the hosts only in the evening on arrival (and that was the only time the restaurant was open).

The location and natural surroundings are great. The restaurant downstairs serves tasty meals (when it's open). Our top-floor room was comfortable, with views of the sea at a distance.

The room was very small. The balcony had sea view only if you look around the corner. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The lower floor air vent was near the window, making the room smelly if the window is opened

If something is too good to be true, most probably it ain't! But sometimes miracles do happen! We got a room here for 3 nights at 75 euros mid season! We thought we will dislike it; we thought it is impossibly to get a decent room with balcony and seaview at this price. We had our mind set on "if we find it ok we stay, if not, we pay and find something else". We loved it!!! You get much more than it is possibly for this price and even more. The room: is small but very very clean and with everything you might need, much more than expected ; queen size bed, AC, TV, fridge, towels, own bath with shower and window, balcony and quite a view. You cannot ask for more at this price, you get much more than expected. Personell: big big 10. Thank you Food : big 10 for service, taste and price We will go again! Clean, kneet, relax. Extremly good balance price vs quality.

I was charged 60Lv/night instead of 54Lv/night which was the price advertised on Booking.com. (They said that B.com was only "for reservation"). The room was cleaned only once over the 5 days we stayed there (but they provided us with a broom. Lucky us!). The room was above the restaurant and it smells like cooked fish all over the place. Nobody speaks english, so I had nobody to complain to. Also, all the information/instruction notices on the walls are written only in Bulgarian, so we didn't understand a word. The room has a small terrace, but there is too much dust from the cars passing by on the dirt road and in the evening there are too many mosquitos and a strong sulphur smell in the air, so it's quite unusable.

The property is close to the Shabla Lighthouse with the Shabla beach and the Little Sea beach at a walking distance. There was a free parking near the house.
