-In the description of the room was mentioned minibar in he room. That minibar was in fact an old frigde which was leaking. I was hoping for a minibar being with a small kid and pregnant. Also, we were't allowed to bring in the room food or drinks from the restaurant, even though the minibar was nonexistent. -Once the fruits in the room was over, they didn't refill it, and we weren't allowed to take anything else. -The food. It was ok, until the last 3 days of our stay, when the hotel received many guests and some staff told us that the staff team is small and it was taken by surprise. Well, they didn't have enough food to serve all their guests. One day, at lunch, we got to the restaurant at 12:30 (restaurant lunch 12:00-14:00), and by the time we got there there was little food left. I was tension in the air, some of  the guests raised their concerns to the staff. -The bathroom tiles were muddy, the fridge was leaking and the furniture old. -They say the hotel is close to the beach. Indeed. IS pretty close to the beach. But is far from their beach. Is about a kilometer to go from the hotel to the hotel beach, on foot

We booked 2 rooms, we were 2 families of three (with a 2yo and a 3yo) -I send them a mesage asking if it's possible to give us one of the rooms with a large bed, because our 3yo is sleeping with us. They gave us a twin bed room (but united) along with a smaller bed for our kid -A bottle of champagne and a basket with season fruits was expecting us in the room. -Every day cleaning: towels change, shower and bath cleaning, mopped the bathroom floor and vacuum the room. Well the worst part was food !!! Really limited options. Happened even that there was food, but no plates on which you could eat it. Overall avoid eating there and option all inclusive is just wasting of your money!!!

Staff were mostly impolite, especially at the reception. Food wasn't great at all. Bed sheets and towels did not get changed once in 6 days.

bar staff and those providing pizza and cleaning the tables were not very friendly, pretended many times that they did not understand what you were asking in English. They run out of towels and bedsheets for the room and one time I had to ask for my room to be tidy up as they did not do it because and they said its because they had no bedsheets.

All the parking spaces were taken. It took us an hour to find a parking space. We ended up parking on the street. The restaurant was always packed. Food could've varied a bit more.

On paper and pictures (probably from when it was opened) the hotel sounds like a dream resort in the beautiful seaside of Bulgaria. In reality this place can be used for a Halloween escape room. The rooms are so outdated and not maintained that even Freddie Krewger will be having nightmares. Everything is worn off to the point that it looks like its going to fall apart anytime now. Definitely -5 stars. When we checked in the rooms were definately not clean - there were stains in the bath in one rooms and some plaster on the floor in the other. Not to mention that the shower leaked into the room and when we went to reception it was like we were inconveniencing the staff to change our room as it was the end of the season and they are preparing to close. The staff made us feel so unwelcome with all the cleaning for end of season. One of the towels for the pool was so ripped and worn - how was that not thrown is beyond me. There was also a big group that came last minute and it seemed like they owned the place - they played they own music at dinner that was so loud that we couldn't hear our thoughts. When I went to speak with the excuse of a manager he was so arrogant. I have raised my concerns about the hotel. I have also explained that people go on holiday to relax not to be part of a work do. He just said that they would be told and that it the end of season and pretty much the prices they charge are not for 5 stars. Complete nonsense as the commepnt here showed that all this was for the duration of the seasob and he looked like he was trying to fob us off and he was not arsed at all for the guests. In conclusion, this is a joke of manager and a joke of a hotel and would never be a guest of this hotel again.

Very dirty, old, It was very dirty, not cleaned, not renovated. There was a fly, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. There were no sockets for charging electronic devices by the bed, apart from the ones on the lamps where you could charge your phone. The food was low class and the guests were being pushed around. The pools, gym etc were absolutely filthy. This hotel is to be closed due to lack of minimum hygiene conditions. I had to wait 15 minutes for the elevator and finally I went up the stairs (5 stars on the stairs?)!!! I am disgusted and dissatisfied with this hotel! I also have photos of the article in which condition it was delivered to me!

Rude, helpless receptionist. Food was cheap and bad quality, there was no midmorning snack as advertised, pizza service was appalling, there wasn't any until 11.30. there was no soap in the bathroom, the room didn't get cleaned , bath drainage was blocked, couldn't even take a shower, bath was leaking, flooding the bathroom floor. Bathroom door wouldn't close, let alone lock. Children center was a danger for the children, dirty, smelly, broken furniture. Internet was only available near the reception, no other places... bits of the swimming pool sticking out, dangerous for children, I'm glad I booked a short trip and not spend tonnes of money for this place After speaking to manager, I was told they will investigate. Didn't even express any apologies. I Would never come near this place ever.

Staff don't care about anything, looks like most work there as punishment (not all, but most). Many facilities are not open at all (bard, spa, gym with not working equipment, hole next to to pool and many many more). Food was horrible and not enough - drinks served in plastic cups, no reclining option. Any timings advertised for all inclusive services were ignored. I would never got back even if anyone paid me for it.

My family I went with. I liked nothing about the hotel, staff or food. Waste of time.

We were ,all inclusive, and the food was perfect at such conditions. Staff was amazingly friendly, big room with very good beds. Good atmosphere at swimming pools. They were keeping good hygiene and COVID-19 rules.

Both the quality and the quantity of the food were terrible.The buffet for dinner was being served from 18:00-21:00 and there was no more food left by 20:00.There was not enough food for everyone and even the small amount of food that was left did not taste great at all.Pizza was also served in the afternoon and not only did we have to wait 20 minutes in the line for some slices of pizza but also the guy who was baking them was rude,arrogant and disrespectful and had the audacity to serve “women” who did not wait in the line just because he liked them.Also the pizza pans were not washed after each pizza was made and they kept using the same dirty pans over and over again.

As we arrived in the hotel, the first surprise was that room wasn’t clean, the sing in the bathroom was blocked and the major light was off. After discussion on the reception, the room was cleaned. They fixed everything in the room. Overall, the hygiene standards in the hotel war not satisfying. The elevators are very slow and one would prefer to take the stares instead. The Restorant although big enough had some difficulty to occupy all residents. It was like a battlefield to get something to eat and there were not enough options to choose from. There is no parking, neither options to leave your car apart from 1 that was around 200 m. away. Unfortunately, it was fully booked, so we had to find some alternatives. The staff doesn’t speak the local language, neither they speak English. The only way to communicate effectively is to speak Ukrainian or Russian. All in all, it is very unlikely we would book that hotel ever again, nor we would recommend to anyone.

Apart from that the staff was quick to react and fix things that are supposed to be fixed, there is nothing positive to share about our stay.

Pretty much everything.This hotel is definitely not a 5*.Food was average at best.Pool was not monitored by lifeguard most of the time and drunk tourists was jumping in risking the life of people in the pool.Stuff is overworked and definitely not enough for such a huge property.
