The breakfast was fine cold food types, no hot foods. The location is great short walk to most places of interest. The staff very friendly and helpful. Our only concern bathroom leaking water on Tyler surface makes it dangerous to walk on had to be careful.

Everything was lovely. I was planning to give a 10 out of 10 full score ---- until breakfast :( Sadly, because we as English are used to a large cup of coffee, when we asked for a refill of our very small coffee, we were told it would be 3 leva each!! 6 leva!! WHAT? We have never been asked to pay for our refill before --- I hope we will never be asked to pay again. Disappointed, we declined, of course. (we appreciate the breakfast, but we only eat and drink a little, we do not abuse what is put out by taking too much .... but next time we would like a very large cup of coffee or a free refill. Thank you)

it was great to return to Hotel Fors for our monthly visit to Burgas. We wouldn't choose anywhere else. We were especially pleased to be greeted with a smile and a comment that our extra pillows were in the room :) :) -- it had been 3 months since we'd requested that! Well done Hotel Fors!

Superb location on a quiet street in the center of town, 2-minute walk from main blvd “Aleko Bogoridi”.

The breakfast was poor and you had to go to the counter to order tea (or coffee) and if you wanted juice you had to pay for it. In the bathroom the shower curtain does not reach the floor, so the entire bathroom was flooded every time somebody showered. The elevator was so small that we had to go twice to take up our luggage.

The location was great being both near the train station and around the corner almost from the main pedestrian shopping street.

Breakfast was very poor. The only hot food available was toast and there were no juices to drink. You can't call nor rely on this as a meal. The heater and refrigerator in my bedroom did not work. On the day of check out there was constant drilling going on on one of the floors above. This was well before check-out time.

The location is very good; five minutes' walk from Burgas railway station and the South bus station and easily walkable to bars and restaurants, the Sea Garden, beach, pier, etc. My room had a wetroom/walk-in shower, which I much prefer to a bath/shower cubicle. The bed was very comfy; I slept very well and didn't want to get up!

The breakfast wasn't very rich in choice and only one coffee was included. I expected to have a coffee machine that we could use for top up or that a second coffee wouldn't have to be charged. Also the rooms had small fridges, but they had nothing in them - a couple of bottles of water and some nuts or breakfast bars that could be charged to the room would have been nice.

The location was great, the room was clean the air-conditioning was really good and when we asked for additional blankets, we received them.

We only stayed one night . If we had been staying longer we're sure that the fact that the shower head didnt work, would have soon been rectified. Everything is their concern. Kt is a good place to stay.

The room was very comfortable. We didn't have enough pillows, but they were soon brought to us with a smile. Help was given, when needed. Internet access is good. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful

Very poor ventilation. Only a tiny portion of the window could open, so there was virtually no fresh air in the room. I tried to keep windows, door and bathroom open at all times but there was still a faint, humid smell. Some mold in the bathroom. There is a restaurant and when there is an event, they will play music until late.

Spacious, clean room. Comfortable beds. Staff at reception was kind and nice. They stored my luggage for me after check out. For the price I paid it was good.

Hotel without private parking. The surrounding streets are full of parked cars and it is very difficult to find parking. Breakfast with limited choice, no hot dishes but tasty and filling. Bathroom without enclosed cabin with shower. There is water everywhere after showering.

Hotel close to the beach, the harbour and the old town with its streets and restaurants.

The hotel is nice if you need a place to leave your luggage and sleep.
