We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaMy colleague considered his bed as uncomfortable. We had to wait a few minutes for the hot water in our bathroom to flow (don't know what the problem was). The toilet seat always fell when we lifted it up. The showerhead started spinning when we turned the water on (bad holder). You need to hold it in your hand. Small beakfast selection and it is not included in the price of the accommodation.
Good value for the money. The hotel is located on a wide road (for Chepelare) with new pavement. There are a lot of free parking spaces nearby. The staff was cooperative. Our room had a medium sized balcony with mountain view. For me the beds are comfy.

Location is excellent (: You can visit places around. The room was VERY spacious and comfortable, with balcony and very clean (: The restaurant is very nicely arranged. The owner and girls speaks English and are very welcoming and cordial (: The breakfast menu is one full page that you can choose from, the cook is excellent (: You can also have a dinner- very rich menu, for additional price. They delivered what they promised . We would highly recommend this place. We definitely come back, when in the area (:

IsraelOn our second night there was a very noisy party downstairs untill 23:00!!! We could not sleep, after a very busy day!!! The owner told us we can move to another room but it was impossible with a very young and tired girl! We really didn't like the attitude! and were very upset about that!!
