The smell from the bathroom.

The room is large, spacious and comfortable. The balcony is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cliff (faleza) is very close to the location. The parking paying machine is very close and so is the coffee machine.

The bathroom is the only drawback, when you take a shower you get wet everywhere.

Our room was facing a wall and even though we were told so by the hotel, it was not exactly what we imagined to see. Also very dark inside, bad lights in general. There is a parking but it is almost impossible to enter it without damaging your car due to bad construction of it.

A very good location close to the main sea promenade, spacious rooms, but furniture needs to be renovated. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

It s a potential building who deserves moore investments. Old furniture,the finishes deserve improvement, the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable.

Position ( near Nomad beach ), stuff ( fluent speaking english and very nice), view ( last floor and was a superb sunset view).

The apartment from the last floor is in an attic but you can only feel that when you're in the bathroom and if you're taller than 1,75m, it can be a problem but not a big one!

We stayed in the apartment from the last floor.You can see the hills and the sea from the balcony and it's pretty nice.The apartment is very spacious and it's more than perfect for 4 people. It has AC and a fridge which are very necessary especially when there's hot weather.The hotel is located 2 mins walking from the majority of restaurants and terraces from Balchik and around 10 mins walking from the beach. Last but not least, the hosts were extremely kind and able to help us with every information that we needed. Totally recommend!

Everything was fine, but the aspect of the rooms can be renewed (now, the furniture, electronics and bathroom's items are pretty used). Another improvement aspect would be the lights. These are not very powerful.

We liked the hotel's staff, location's position (pretty close to the beach). The location is perfect for a family with a limited budget. The room was clean, and it was also cleaned up in the middle of the sejour.

No work desk and chair, but we didn't need it. Very basic bathroom design.

Top location, spacious clean room, nice interactions with staff Great value for the price - we got an average quality room for a very low cost. I am likely to choose again for future Balchik visits.

Overall was a nice experience. Staf was kind and helpful. There was only a problem with the refrigerator from the room ( need to be cleaned) was not able to use it. The room was clean.

The fact that I booked a double room with balcony and got a triple one without balcony, but only stayed for 3 days so that didn’t bothered me very much.

The location is very good, near the marina and the restaurants. The cleaning lady was there every day and provided us with towels. Even though we had a little inconvenience with the room , the staff was eager to help and make our staying nice.

Shower is next to toilet, no separation, toilet paper gets wet when showering.

There was one thing that can be improved - The pillows were too soft and without any form.

The hotel is 2 mins away from the sea, 5 mins away from the beach and very near to the main tourist area with all the restaurants and bars. It was exceptionally clean. Our sheets and towels were changed almost daily. The room was spacious, sound proof, had a good air conditioner, fridge and tv. The staff is amazing. They were very helpful and friendly

The cold water wasn't working in our bathroom, but we could make use of the bathroom in another room from the building for showering / washing ourselves.

The bathroom draining is not good and this causes a really bad smell that spreads everywhere. The bathroom does not have a window but only a small ventilator.

Everything else besides the bathroom smell issue was good and very good.

The air-conditioner was very loud. Especially on the balcony. There weren't enough outlets - only one, not considering the fridge. There isn't an elevator. There isn't a free parking - you should pay 10 lv for a day to park your car there.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is great.

The toilet leaked, there was dirty water on the floor. The staff didn't repair. The room was on the 5th floor, was difficult with our 3 kids. Toilet and bath too small.

We didn't have a hairdryer in the room, but when asked for one we got it. So nothing to complain about.

The room looks exactly like the pictures, the location is great, the neighbourhood is nice and the hosts are a very kind and lovely couple. All in one, good value for the money and a lot of hospitality.

We booked this hotel through booking. Com 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants the staff where great very nice people very acomadating lovely bakery across the road for coffee and snacks restaurant next door was great and cheap very nice people .the hotel was very clean beda where clean bathroom was nice price was excellent would I stay here again yes thakyou very much Gary and sue
