There was nothing I didn't like about the apartment

The beach is right beside the apartment. it's just about a five minute walk, and the owner of the apartment was lovely and very helpful. He was always around if you needed anything. I would definitely stay there again

Great apartments for family vacations. Very spacious,clean,the location is very convenient(bus stop is near and several small markets,beach in 3 minutes)2 balconies,which is very cool,ACs in each room.WI-FI,TV an all kitchen utensils. The territory is very green,beautiful and cultivated,there is a pool and chaise lounges. The owner is very friendly,outgoing and helpful. We’re very satisfied!

The only thing we didn't like was the road to get to the hotel, which in all honesty is not the fault of the host. However there is plenty of parking places in front of the hotel.

The flat was very clean, very near to the beach front and restaurants. The pool was also very clean and great way to spend some time with the kids. All and all the facilities were great.

Nothing to note

Lovely place, with all the amenities you would need for a holiday. The host was very friendly and accommodating. It is very close to the local beaches, only 3 min away. Private parking is also available at the location which was a big plus for us, as we came with our personal car. There are buses to take you to Old Nessebar.

Really nice apartment. Big enough for a family of 5. AC in each room which was a really big plus. Really close to beach and small markets. It has a nice pool with a small , separate area for the little ones.

We stayed with a family for 10 nights. The apartment is cozy and nice. The swimming pool in the yard is an extra advantage. The neighbours were quiet. It's close to the sea side, just a 5 min walk. And also to the cafes and restaurants. The Old City is easy to get to, because there's a bus stop nearby. Very goad we found the place.

The apartment was big and clean. The pool was nice, the view was great. It's central and you can reach the shops and restaurants in 2 minutes and the beach in 3 minutes. Also if you want to visit the Nessebar's old town, the bus station is 1 minute away. The host is really friendly and kind and open to help you with anything, from facilities to recommendations.

There was only one AC remote for the 2 units and was difficult to find the right settings. Ended up turning both units off. But that wasn't a big deal. The next issue was. The administrator requested an advance payment by bank transfer, which is perfectly normal so I made it right after receiving the bank account info. Problem is, the transfer took longer than expected, from Monday to the next Monday, so all I had to show was the proof of payment. On the check-out day the admin made it obvious that he wasn't happy with just that and made comments about us staying there for free and although we paid fully and in advance he requested another cash payment to cover the delayed bank transfer promising to return it later. Made us feel treated like we were trying to scam him. All even after showing him my banking app on phone clearly stating funds arrived at his bank and verifying the account information. Left with a bad feeling, that day was ruined.

The building looked new, finished and furnished with taste. The refrigerator had a decent size to keep a lot of water and a few groceries. Good value for the price.
