You pay 0.39 leva tax for wifi but you don't have signal. In reservation it's written that you have 10% discount on their restaurant but none was offered, the receptionist said that we have that and point us to the restaurant, but there they didn't gave any discount. They gave us only a little towel and also didn't change them, taking in consideration that we stayed 4 days.

Very few people from staff speaks english. The receptionist Sevi speaks understandable english and tries to help. I had a nice surprise at the kitchen where a young man at college years who worked in the kitchen spoke a good english. His name is Eray Selyaydin Shaban and he would have been more useful to the reception to talk to clients. The worst part at this hotel its not the hotel itself nor the food or the cleaning but some low quality tourists with poor education and manners.

This is not a resort for demanding or high class people. But you can have a good holiday, a good night sleep and a fair meal. The hotel is not refurbished as a whole, but has new confortable mattresses and new termopane windows. The sheets are clean. The hotel gives you the impression that you turned back in time but this is not necessarily a bad thing. Has a certain feeling of autenticity. The tables from the dining room are made of old massive wood, the kind that you'll never find today with ease. Dining room its clean. Rooms may have flaws as a result of passing time or uncouth people. The meals are nothing fancy but you will not leave hungry. Breakfast is the same all days. At dinner cooked food its served. You dont serve yourself but some nice middle aged non english-speaking cooking ladies serves you. Go at this hotel if you want to relive the nostalgy of the past and save some money while you're there.

Not good quality food. People eating food who is not finished same lady she take food back again given another person. I'm seeing two times. Normally I'm going this place every year but this is last one no more again I going this place. And also before every day some one coming cleaning room. this time nobody cleaning and nobody change anything like 6 days People not looking job. Toilet water splash not working we calling 10 time next day coming fixed. No more

Towels changed after three days, only after we asked them for new towels, and only once in our stay, food was bad quality and repetitive, room had one socket in the middle of the room. Internet is 20€ for a six days, and I didn't risk as I have read the range is poor and the service is weak to no service.

It's not that I liked, it's more about, If we would book without the meal plan, I wouldn't give a shh... about anything else. The stay, for the money we paid was ok. The parking place was free. Staff was friendly

the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The problems started from the accommodation, they wanted to give us rooms in another hotel of their own which was further and much uglier. Everything is pathetic, it is dirty, it is not possible. dirty rooms, old and broken furniture, execrable breakfast food, no buffet, you go and put them on your plate. This hotel must simply be demolished. Wi fi is paid, we are in 2021 and they ask for money on wi fi. I do not recommend !!!

There are two buildings second one is older and not well maintained. The pictures are from the first one. There are not enough power outlets in the room. Breakfast is realy plain and defenetly not tasty. Only reason I stayed is because I didn't have another alternative.

The building ain’t maintained well, the doors had a 10cm gap and you could here everyone outside the room. The shower door was very bad and hard to use and the swimming pool was not available at the time of our stay

Barely english talkers or none talkers at all; bugs everywhere in our rooms, mostly spiders; pool access is limited, we didn't get the chance to even see it due to the limited time period; most texts are written only in bulgarian, couldn't understand most of the advertisments or warnings that had some prices on them,not knowing what they were representing.. You get bored after the first day, not having much to do or see in that area other then shops..

The beach and the sea were great

The facilities were not as expected, the rooms had major flaws like doors had 3 inch of floor and you could here everyone inside or outside the room. Bathroom door was barely closing. Pool was getting refurbished in the middle of the season, kind of bummer when all you think about from the photos is a pool you can’t go in.
