they kicked us out fomr the gym and the pool, not even a word mentioned, could have said "apologies but we're closing now@ but no, they were extremely rude about it..

Old-fashioned design, feel like still in Soviet Union But good food, personal, especially in ski rent, helped me with special request, always polite. Also they gave a nice ski shop with everything you need for skiing. The best ski rent ever! Personal approach!

Not enough toilet roll. Was my responsibility to replace it as cleaner didn’t come each day despite putting “please clean “ sign on door. Could have made more of the hotel courtyard outside e.g. fire pits comfy chairs - instead we went to the outside area of a nearby hotel each evening and drank from their bar as they had fires and sheepskin throws etc

The buffet food included in the half-board wasn’t the greatest. Often lukewarm or congealed or hard. We would have much preferred a choice of a main course, maybe chosen at breakfast to avoid waste; and also an egg station at breakfast (there was an omelette station some mornings).

Even though the accommodation is not cheap they charge you for bathrobes to use at the spa. Not a huge amount but just to mess your experience a bit. The pool area heavily smells of chlorine, you can hardly breathe in there.

Hotel is in a good location, no shuttle needed to get to gondola, only 5 minutes walk. The food options are generous and the quality is pretty decent (except for the sweets, which they suck)

The furniture in the room is quite old and a little small for two people. Some pieces of furniture were broken. The bathroom does’t have a hairdryer, you have to go to the reception to take one. On the site it said that the ski boots can be deposited and dried and sterilised but they are only put on a shelf.

The location is only 5 minute walk from the gondola. We booked with 2 meals and the buffet was great, it had a lot of options to choose from. The wellness and spa were great. The younger staff were very receptive and helpful. The hotel is great for the price.

They charge for the bathrobe use and the typical hotel white slippers, that is something that we have never seen before. Also we had half-board stay and they charge for the water during dinner that is quite weird.

The buffet was amazing, lots of different options and the stuff super friendly, ready to help. Pool and sauna were good as well. The location is great, very close to everything and the room was quite big.

I didnt feel like a 4 star hotel. The rooms were very plain and dated. There was no shower curtain or rail for the shower in the bathroom. It didnt feel luxurious in any way more like a lodge.

Location of hotel is excellent. Staff are super friendly, Has a apool, spa and other facilities.

Found a cheaper price on the hotel website. Had to pay about the baby crib. Had to pay extra for the drinks on the dinner. Had to pay extra for the bathrobe for the spa.

Overall it was great. Had a special room for kids. Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Food was tasty.

Nice hotel very close to Gondola lift. Friendly staff, good restaurant (there were freshly made omelets, a selection of cold cuts and vegetables), not new but very cozy rooms, stylish hall. There was a SPA zone with pool, hammam and sauna. The room was cleaning every day, new towel were given also. There are ski rent and storage on the ground floor and many tasty restaurants next to the hotel. The nights were silent and calm, there weren't any problems with hot water and heating.

The bed is too soft we did not get a double bed. we got two joined beds The gym needs to be renovated with rusty and old equipment

it shows signs of wearing out, rooms / bathrooms need to be renovated. we stayed in apartment, there is a a small kitchenette but it can’t be used as there is no plates, etc ; there are no chairs on the balcony. Breakfast - needs more variety, personnel could be better trained .

In the studio area, which is also the kitchen, sometimes there it smelled like food.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious. You have the buffet and there were various meals from which you could choose. The room was cleaned every day and the towels have been changed every day.
