The bartender didn’t smile not once all weekend. The one of receptionist was very moody, every time she showed that isn’t pleased with guests. There a lots people who love to yell, dance, sing at night.

I liked that I can get ice creams for children every day, every hour. Very delicious food. The beds are very comfortable, sheets were changed every 3 days.

No wifi!

No wifi connection! I know, you don’t go to holiday to stay on line, but when the only way to conect is this one, it’s a problem…the staff…be aware when you make the reservation…i have made a res for my mom but at the res was a big issue…btw, thank you, the gent from the front office which was kind enough to pass his personal tel for me to speak with my mom

The soups and main dishes were a bit too oily.

Overall very nice, the staff friendly, room and facilities clean. Salads were fresh. The pool was big enough, always clean, and well maintained. Easy to reach the beach, 7 minutes walk.

Our room was above the terrace and we could hear the music with the door closed. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn t great.

The room was spacious and clean. The meals were variated. They have a bar near the pool with drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) and snacks like pizza, french fries, salad. The distance from the hotel to the Old Town is about 3.5 km. We took the bus (2 stations) and it was 2 leva - one ride. You can also walk (35-40 min). The hotel parking in 10 leva/day.

The wi-fi in the room was non-existent, you could only catch some in the lounge. The cooked food was mediocre and didn't taste nice at all, except the fruits, veggies and sweets.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was nice. The pool bar was open till late at night and you could have grabbed as many drinks as you wanted.

WiFi connection dnes not work in any of room, only at downstairs near to the reception but with problems and slow. Desserts at lunch or dinner were not very tasty as well as pork meat

Very slow elevators - it os often faster to use stairs; some buttons in the elevateros need to fix! Some rooms are quite noisy - an A/C engine on the roof switches on/off every hour and it makes pulsating noise, what is very annoying in the night. I asked to change my room. Part of the staff in the restaurant is very lazy and sloppy. It takes a long time to add a meal or juices, when they became empty. I had to ask them to add it. No self-activity. The cakes were not added from the begin of the meal-time, so who did not take some fastly, he had nothing. Very low variety of the meal - ok for 4-5 days, but after 10 days it was always the same choice. Always the same 4 ice-creams an the pool bar, no variety. If you are accustomed to "Turkish ALL-INCLUSIVE", wou will be very disappointed. Sumarizing - do not have high expectations and you will be satisfied

Very nice rooms, clean rooms, good location - 5 minutes to the beach, but 30 minutes to the city centre. Cheap road train available to centre or/and Nessebar (4 leva / 2€ adult person). Sunbeds and umbrella on the beach for 5 leva each piece (2 beds + umbrella = 15 leva / day). Very good and clean swimming pool. Enough places in the restaurant, very tasty juices. Bulgarian folklore evening at the hotel once a week (but no information in andavce - what a pity!)

Is a good hotel for a family ( we stayed there with our 4 year old child), the staff was very nice, the room was clean and the food was good, and also the bar was open for every drink that we wanted. It's very close to the beach like 10 minutes walking. It was our 3rd trip to Sunny Beach, but to be honest, this hotel is no 1😊, it exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was cozy and very clean. Staff was helpful. Location is good - 10 min walk to the beach. 25 min to Sunny Beach centre, but u can use also a bus or a tourist train. Good variety of meals. Nice are to go round.
