Bathroom needs a deep clean, some mold around the edges. Pillows need replacing, some old and lumpy. Mattress a bit hard.

Cosy, nice garden view, plenty of hot water, had all the basic amenities, apartment generally very clean, good location.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out ran very smoothly. The property has all amenities needed for a family plus a bonus of a children toy room and a massage chair.

The bathroom has no tub or usable shower. The kitchen was too small and there was no proper kitchen table because the room was converted to a living room. The sofa in the "living room" was not very comfortable to watch tv. Coming, the address is hard to find because on the door is written 3A not no 5 as on booking.com. also the key is hard to find (treasure quest for my son).

The accomodation was close to the city center..it was spacious and probably lovely in the summer due to the terace/balcony.we couldn't use it in December. It has everything to accommodate a family of up to 6 persons. There was a massage armchair and coffee and free water and soap, cleaning substances and a complete kitchen for us to use.

I would suggest that the owner might free the space a bit, as there were some personal objects and some clutter left around.

The location was great and the accommodation very spacious. We loved the "play room" for our kid. The owner was very nice and gave us really accurate information.

This apartment is wonderful. We liked everything. We had super comfortable beds, very nice balcony, room for children with toys and super library with books in different languages. I found G. Orwell"s 1984. My respect! Garden and view from the windows was very beatiful.

The kitchen area could be better organised to provide more surface space. And the extractor is in an awkward place. I hit my head on it a couple of times.

Very friendly host and excellent location. It was just what we needed for our family of four plus my dad. The children (5 & 8) loved playing with the toys!

First of all we would like to thank our host Krassimir, who spent a lot of time with us on January 1st, helping us to solve a problem we had with our car. The house is very welcoming, clean, the playing room with a lot of toys was a big hit. Since we left, the kids ask us very often when we are going back there. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found everything we needed. The private terrace is cosy, with a beautiful view. You can park on the street, very close, we always found free space. The city center is in walking distance (15-20 min). We highly recommend it and we will come back for sure!

We booked for one night, everything was as stated. The apartment is perfect for families with children. Our children (5 and 10) were very happy and quickly enjoyed the toy aerea. The kitchenette is very well equiped despite beeing small. The coffe provided was very good! ☺️ The house is the second on the stair alley, the apartment is at the ground floor and there is a german shepherd dog warning/ porcelain picture on the door. You can leave your car at the beggining of the alley on the right side (as you go up) and you can see it from the terrace. There is a very peacefull evening and morning feeling, the little rooster from the neighbours is singing in the morning but not too loud, just perfect. The house is very clean and gives you a warm feeling because of the old style parquet (but nice refurbished) on the floor. We liked very much the one night stay, I have met the host only for 15 seconds but was nice. I felt sorry we have to leave so quick. 😁 We had a great sleep there and great experience overall. Don’t hesitate!
