The property itself needs some renovation - the bathroom especially. The fitness room is not equipped at all, basically it cannot be used properly. The breakfast is one and the same every day.

I think that you could do more with litle but important things like soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper. If you don't say you don't have ... Food ... just a little problem at steak ... isn't has a minimal done

The parking was kind of far away from the hotel (15 minutes by walking), you couldn't park in front of the hotel because there weren't enought parking spots. The coffee from the beach bar was very bad but the coffee from the restaurant was good and it was the same machine.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Even if we booked a room with sea side we got a room with side sea view but it was alright. The food was OK.

It's a health spa but it is full or smokers. I could smell the cigarettes from my balcony upstairs.

I liked the location and the views. It is quite an old hotel and I also liked that granny hotel vibe.

Although there is an entertainment Team and supposedly a kids club, there is no dedicated kids club room, there are activities like crafts etc, in a area by the kids pool for 2 hours AM and PM, there weren’t many games…or much else for kids. The breakfast can also do with a bit more variety…and an extra coffee machine.

The hotel has a great location! Right in the beach, the swimming pools (outdoor & indoor) were warm, the water slide for the kids was great. Plenty of lounges and umbrellas on the beach, so doesn’t need to rush after breakfast to secure loungers.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but I found it quite charming! Not the hotel's fault that people smoke non-stop in the room underneath you and you breath it in your room...

It's not too fancy and other places around are nicer for the same price. What struck us most was the bad slippery and too flexible bath and the bad smell (covering up smoke?). All together just a bit old but otherwise fine, but no more than that.

It is an overall ok hotel with pool, sauna and beachfront. The breakfast was also ok, and we didnt take half/full board because that wasn't recommended (food is great and cheap everywhere). When you look around this is one of the older complexes, and nearby is the much fancier part where Primoski etc. are.

The hotel closes on 3rd october, there could be more drinkable water available in dispensers. Also, I booked the room via a travel agency first by my reservation was not processed. I am glad that I booked second time with booking, so that I could have something secure. I think they could have managed that so that there are no misunderstandings. There were cans on the beach, I hope, they will clean them before they close the hotel. It's a pity, the hotel would be clozed for winter. The price was a little high for the end of the season but I appreciate my stay anyway.

I loved the location in front of the beach, easily accessible by bus. The beach and water were great, room was big enough, I could sleep really well. Massage was amazing, also mineral water pool, I strongly reccommend back massage with magnesium oil, it was cheap and well done. I am glad I did the boat trip to Evksinograd, I saw dolphins and water was crystal green! I met wonderful people, I am super grateful!

The spa was closed at 19h30, we arrived at 18h00 so no chance to use it. Could be ok to have longer schedulle, till 22h00 ( from my point of view after you come back tired from the city you want to relax not in the day) In the bathroom, not enogh light, the bathub was closing with shower foil (not 4* hotel level) Towells was smelling bad and was broken and torn. No slippery for rooms.

Big hotel with sea view, close to beach (you get out from hotel, direct on the beach) A lot of varieties for breakfast (meat, vegetables, fruit, coffe, juice, pancake, pizza, etc) Some free parking in front of hotel, I think in full season you can't have it :-D Big rooms, ok beds, quiet and relaxing view from balcony! Close to Varna city (15-20 min by car) where you can eat at good restaurants.

The food wasn't great but can't be better for the price. :) The key was to go to the restaurant as soon as it opens for the three meals, because food doesn't stay fresh if you wait too long.

I stayed there at the end of the summer season, so it was cheaper, but the weather was still warm enough. I expected some of their amenities/facilities not available at the end of the season, but it seemed that was not the case. Everything seemed to be open. Staff were very helpful and quick.

Bathroom was dirty on arrival, we had to clean it before we were comfortable to use it. The bathroom in our room (21) needs renovation, black mold on the silicone joint, 1/2" separation between the tub and the tiles, Mask mandate and glove use not enfoced in the restaurant. Main bar in lobby was charging for import drinks, contrary to the stated all inclusive policy. In my opinion maintainance and housekeeping falls short of a hotel of this caliber.

Great location, the property fitures were exactly as described, comfortable implacably clean beds, staff really helpful, good food.

The hotel is quite big and feels crowded. It only has 2 lifts. The bathroom needs refurbishing and is not suitable for older people. There is no à la carte restaurant. The beach is steep and shadowy in the afternoon and you have to get up really early in order to reserve a sunbed!

The hotel has a good location, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent.

The food buffet was repetitive and not accommodating all tastes. Had to go down for any drinks, maybe water should be available in each floor.

Some staff were very friendly but some were abrupt. Might be because they did not speak good English. Location and beach are wonderful. Particularly nice and accommodating was mr Ivan the front office manager.

- the staff looked bored and angry all the time - more cleaning would be nice - zero animation for kids - the lifeguard from the indoor pool kept yelling if the kids splashed or tried to play with the ball, even though there was no one else in the pool

- the location was great, right on the beach - there were enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone - you can take food or drinks from the restaurant and eat in the room/on the beach - all the rooms have nice sea view - there is an indoor pool for when the sun is too hot or the weather is not nice - great value for the money

The lunch and dinner was not nice at all. The pillows in the room was terrible and the cctv camera in the car park is not working or it doesn’t exist. Our car was scratched and we couldn’t find out how and no proof. Was disappointed. Is not a cheap car .

The beach and pools was just perfect! My 4 y old sun, was over the moon for those pools and for the beach. The breakfast was perfect too! The lunch and dinner not nice.(some of them cold, some too salty, some too many times re cooked, etc.) The pillows in the room just very awful, not good at all. Overall is good for holiday.

Walls are very thin and you can hear anything from neighbours. The hotel beach is a bit noisy because of cooling AC engines all around. Also there were some insects (flies etc) and could't rest well on the beach because of these. Internet wifi a bit too slow/poor, also need reconnect every time you use the device.

Hotel is on the beach (a nice beach and also water near). Breakfast was ok, also lunch, alot of food to choose. Hotel offer access to its mineral water pool for free. Checkin was very fast.
