I didn't like the music at the pool. Maybe some chilout music would be better. Some luxury hotel music.

Friendly stuff, wonderful spacious rooms. I did enjoyed the nice pool with my family. The hotel is in a very nice quiet area, no hustle bustle, very relaxing. Bed is also very comfortable.

Clean and large room, comfortable beds, large balcony, free parking. Kind and helpful staff. Very good breakfast in the restaurant upstairs with a great view towards the city! Good location in a green and quiet area. We would come back with pleasure!

Beds were not so comfortable and after other reviews breakfast was a bit disappointing and limited. Pool water was surprisingly cool given the time of the year.

1) Cozy, very comfortable place, a little outside the city from Sofia; 2) Everything you need is in the room: air conditioning, small refrigerator, shouwer accessories, hair dryer; 3) there is also a restaurant, breakfast is offered to guests, there is a private pool on site, and a trampoline for children; 4) the staff were very polite and helpful; 5) 100% recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

Unfortunately the pool was closed , we booked the hotel because it featured a pool and nice seating area to find it closes out of season, not the Hotels fault but this wasn’t mentioned on booking.com

Great location just a cab ride from the city , but right at the bottom of the mountain for great walking and waterfalls. Plenty of local restaurants inlcludy the hotels own .

The breakfast has a menu and your options are limited. You can order more than one option however most guests do not know that and are limited to just one dish

The location is ideal as it is located in a nice quiet area not far from city center though you will need a car or taxi. The stuff is very friendly and will help you with anything you want, for me that is very important and i give them a 10/10 for their service.

The place is absolutely spotless and we enjoyed fresh gorgeous flowers in the dining room. We had a superb dinner made obviously by a first grade chef. The price for this culinary feast was modest to say the least.

The hotel is very good and the parking is safe. The restaurant is open until 11 pm in the evening and the food is great. The wi-fi is very good. Excellent hotel for travelling with kids.

Though I have stayed here many times, this stay the room allotted to me was not very clean or the carpet needed a shampoo. Also compared to other rooms this room had very small washroom

The property has cosy feeling, rooms are nice, the best part is the roof top restaurant, their breakfast is good and staff is very welcoming. Since this property is located close to mountains, getting cab to city becomes difficult sometimes

Far out of the city is not a big issue, but due to a stupid policy from the excursion company I had to get into the city centre for 9am and missed my trip to Plovdiv. The hotel were not helpful about excursions, but ridiculous that I had to go 15km to get a bus, when the Plovdiv highway was about 3km from the hotel. Crazy

Very polite and friendly staff, restaurant with spectacular views, clean and very quiet rooms. Breakfast was not a buffet, but a menu with several choices, which is fine. I ordered an omlet, which was very tasty, but prepared with excessive quantity of oil, it was hard to eat. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay.
