We liked the propery very much - it had all we needed and more. The host was very helpful, friendly and professional, made us feel very welcome and very well looked after. The responses were very propt and helpful - Kaly provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay restful and enjoyable. The location is good but not the best. There's a 15-minute walk uphill to the centre.

The host was very friendly, caring and accommodating. Lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. The place is well laid out and very clean. Perfect for 4 people.

Not complaint but a suggestion! If one more portable electric heater were provided in winter, it would be perfect.

This place is exactly as shown in the pictures. You heave everything in the kitchen area, good quality kitchenware, coffee machine, micro, toaster, water heater. You even get coffee and sugar! When we entered, welcome sweets on the table! The check-in and check-out is easy, facilitated by the key locker! The bed is comfortable, the sofa not that much, but hey, it's a sofa! The host, who we didn't meet, only on whatsapp, is the nicest person! Very communicative, and she always want's to be sure, that you enjoy your stay. We forgot our boy's phone when we left, and found out only by getting noticed on whatsapp by the host. Because we already passed the border, getting back for it, wasn't an option. The host was very kind, and send it by post (to another country), for free! If we will go to Borovets again, this will be the place I will reserve! The complex in the lobby area has a ping-pong table, billiard, and table football (not sure if this is the correct name in english). Ping pong was for free, billiard 2 leva, football for 1 leva. The kid loved it. PS: we stayed here in summer time, so distance to the slope's wasn't a problem.

We loved our stay in this gorgeous cozy apartment with a stunning view to the slopes. The hostess - Kali was great and very attentive, she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and had even set some welcome sweet treats for us. The apartment was super clean and we wished we could've stayed longer. We'll definitely be back, thank you Kali :)

The apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen! The owner is an excellent host. She has provided us with all the information we needed. We also appreciated how quickly she replied to all our queries on each occasion. I highly recommend this place to stay in Borovets and look forward to staying there again.

The apartment was spotless, furnished like home, cozy, with a great view. The kitchen had everything you need. The host was great, we had excellent welcome with wine, chocolate and surprise for the kids. I will book it again, for sure.

Wonderful winter weekend We are a couple from Macedonia. First time in Borovets! Wonderfully situated apartment - 10 min. away from the ski resort. Everything was perfect, price, facilities, perfect cleanness, caring Mme Kali at the most. He was very, very helpful and we will never forget all that she made for us. No aircondition. The shower leaked and the bathroom floor got very wet.

Great location, 5 mins walk to the center. A quite building with amazing view of the mountains, free parking and easy check-in/check-out.
