The staff was extremely polite and responsive. Very clean rooms and the hotel in general. The food was great. We tried different dishes and everything was delicious and fresh.

While I understand that being in nature means dealing with insects, I was bothered by the number of flies around. Unfortunately, the breakfast items were not covered, which led to flies buzzing around the food. It was quite off-putting and detracted from an otherwise wonderful dining experience.

The location is simply stunning—right in the heart of the forest. It was so peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were super clean and cozy. The restaurant had a great variety of food, so no matter what you're in the mood for, you'll find something you like, there were plenty of options for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to escape into nature but still want all the comforts of a great place to stay.

Location is wonderful in the middle of the Natural Reservation, close to the water falls and caves. Excelent food and service, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast

Wellness facility is small and full all the time but the hygiene of the jakuzi was questionable. Pricy restaurant.

It was great, overall experience. Nature is great and hotel is very high quality. Room was exceptional and exceeds the 3 stars. Restaurant service was on a high level.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was PERFECT!

Everything was perfect at this hotel!! Located close to the most beautiful waterfall I have ever seen, great little hike, caves and surrounded by stunning nature. But the highlight of this experience was the staff. We were welcomed with kindness, consideration and genuine enthusiasm. Pavel and Vesi brought smiles to our faces every time we interacted. The food was FANTASTIC and every dining experience felt 5 star!! The sauna and steam room was a real treat after being out in the cold all day. Thank you to everyone who made this stay so special for us.

Location is great - just in the middle of the natural reserve, with quiet surroundings and fresh air. Staff is amazing, especially the waiter in the restaurant, who was so polite and thoughtful that we felt at home. Really happy with the room, which was quiet, impeccably clean, and with a king-size super comfortable bed. We had a lovely stay in December!

It would be more amazing if the shower water didn’t spill over the floor in the bathroom, but honestly it’s not such a big deal.
