I have nothing to complain about this stay. All was very ok and good.

This Aktinia Hotel offers one good ok price-quality ratio for the comfort and meals included. I strongly recommend this hotel because the staff and the reception front desk, the hotel employees are of a high professional level attentive to the customers' requirements. The all inclusive meals are very well chosen and good tasty and offer a wide variety of products. Parking at the property or if not close of the hotel with, 20 leva/day. The rooms are clean and the staff carefour to the client's requirements. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next year. I offer definitely 5***** stars for this holyday. There were alot of pork in all the meals. The parking area vas expensive.

There was animation, their food was good and all of the personell were very nice. The beach was very wonderfull and close to the hotel.

A very nice hotel, a wonderful and helpfull staff. The accommodation was easy and as soon as we arrived. Exemplary daily room cleaning without being disturbed by the housekeepers. Tasty and correctly prepared food, even if you don't have many options. The parking is public and once paid you have the possibility to park anywhere in the Sunny Beach resort based on the voucher. The water is the pool is super cold. For the kids at least cold have been warmer. Because the mosquitos all around the property is a known issue, it might have been useful to take some measures to keep these out of the rooms at least.

The property is very close to the sea. It’s quiet and the rooms are big enough. A double deluxe room was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids of 5 and 10; mostly because of a big bed and an extensible sofa :) The food is great and diverse, though a more extended sweets menu would be helpful. The staff is nice and helpful. We checked in and out on a shift with staff I truly liked.

-We paid 140 leva for 7 days of parking which is quite expensive. -Not many options for dessert -the bathroom door Could not be closed or locked

The food was really delicious, we also had a lot of options when it came to drinks. The hotel was really clean and modern, close to the beach and the staff was really friendly and kind. We also loved very much the animation team, we had a lot of fun thanks to Nico and George (the king and His 2 friends from România miss you!)

The veggies tasted weird.

I liked the live cooking, pancakes were especially nice. Staff was extremely nice, large variety of foods. Food many times a day. Tasty juices, and drinks. Room was very nice, bathroom very modern, beds comfortable, air conditioning was good.

Life guard was miserable and wouldn't let entertainment guy do his job I think her actual words were people were having to much fun also they serve till 11pm and they wouldn't let us laugh with other guests and have a Bluetooth speaker on there must of been 40 people enjoying the night but they want you drink your drink and go to your room.they have no evening entertainment so we needed our own

The food is amazing, diverse and they serve it for 3 hours, 7 - 10, 12 - 3 and 18 to 21 so you have plenty of time to visit and come back and have your lunch or dinner. The rooms are big and very clean, we were treat it very nice by the personel. All in all a very good experience. For sure we will come back.

If you have the bad luck of having noisy guests staying at the same time as you, the staff will not enforce rules upon them, the decent guests have to suffer. The pool is open until 6 pm, but guests got drunk and used the pool at midnight and nobody did anything. Also, some guests brought a loud speaker and would blast music past midnight, and although we complained, nothing changed because they are guests too 🙄.

The room was nice, the food tasty although a bit monotonous. The distance from the beach was not too long and the location of the hotel was ok. The staff was friendly.

Great service and very friendly staff! They did their best to make us feel comfortable. The hotel is very, very clean, recently renovated! The food is very good. The breakfast was great with many options including dried fruits and cereal variety to satisfy all needs. The pool ambiance was really nice and the staff very friendly. I really enjoyed the interaction with all the staff members and I would highly recommend this hotel. I would also come back with no hesitasion. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Food can be improved. You can see a food you see at breakfast also at lunch, and what you see at lunchtime, you can see same food at dinner. Although there are many possibilities such as market, restaurant and beach in the surrounding, it is not very close to the center.

Communication was very good and issues were resolved promptly. Staff very helpful.
