“The location is amazing, very close to Tsarevets Fortress. There are also many nice restaurants nearby.
A great bonus is the terrace on the top floor with a perfect view. However, it's a pity that the reception lady didn't tell us about the Sound and Light show. We accidentally went up to the terrace during the show once and managed to see literally a minute of it.”
“Room was a nice size but the towels and the glasses were dirty! Bed and pillow very uncomfortable. Breakfast was always cold, nothing fresh or warn. Utensils were dirty at breakfast and the juice was horrible same as the coffee.”
“We arrived pretty late to the hotel in the middle of very small alleys. Luckily my friend was an excellent driver, because you really need driving skills to get to the hotel with a car. We were served very well. My room was very comfortable, with an aircooler and a magnificant view. The city of Veliko Tarnovo is gorgeous! Because of some complication we couldn't get breakfast, which was sad, but otherwise everything went very well. All in all a very pleasent experience”
