The pool hours are limited and since I was there for work, I never got to use it, which was unfortunate. I would also recommend a larger safe. I have a smaller laptop and it wouldn't fit.

The staff are great, really kind and helpful. My room was comfortable. The a/c and WiFi worked very well the entire time. I'll plan to stay here again.

The staff at the Bravia hotel is kind and professional. They go out of your way to make you feel comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and close to the main institutions I had to work with. It has all the facilities you may need as well and the WiFi is excellent.

Considering the area where the hotel is based, there very liitle more they could offer. I was recommended to stay there and was a good option.

The front desk local staff were friendly however the supervisors seemed to not be as friendly as they could have been .Business only for them ... I suppose. Even some tension between supervisors and staff.

Breakfast was OK, but rather disappointing. The bathtub was very elevated, very slick, had a shower without a curtain and posed a fall risk - reported to the hotel staff.

Superior location, great staff, very good security, transportation to and from airport was excellent, very clean and very comfortable room with bed.

The management should work on the stability and strength of their internet facilities. The room I stayed in had a ceramic tiled floor. Thereby, it became freezing with AC on, making it a bit uncomfortable to walk barefoot if the bed could be covered with a rug instead.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is located in the downtown area of Ouaga, and It's less than a 5mins drive from the airport. The facility is fantastic, and the staffs are welcoming and respectful. One thing enjoyed the most was their meal; they were well prepared and sumptuous. The room has a minibar stocked with various drinks and snacks for a fee. So late-night snackers have nothing to worry about.

My biggest challenge is to get in and out of the bathtub when I want to take a shower. The edge of the bathtub is very high and there are no handles to help clients with some mobility limitations. However, I was pleased hearing from one of the managers that, as part of the ongoing renovations, some rooms will have showers without barriers.

I chose this hotel since I stayed there about 6 weeks earlier and was very pleased with the experience. It's very close to the airport and shuttle services are reliable. The internet speed is very good compared to other hotels. In addition, everything generally works, which was not what I experienced in other hotels in Ouagadougou.
