The TV did not work. I really wanted to watch the Germany soccer game, but the TV was not connected for play. The description said the TV works…. yea, not really, but if you don’t care for TV, then book a room. Check in and out are easy and the location is pretty cool.

Don't expect to see the apartment which you see in the photos. In reality it looks different (we rented The Blue Moon room). The carpet was dirty and stained, the same story is with the mattress. There is no door between the washroom and the sleeping area. I mean if you rent this facility for two people, be prepared to share all the toilet sounds and smells with the second person))) On our checkout morning I found a bedbug on the bed. Not a pleasant moment at all. The sound isolation is poor. We were hearing every step from the apartment upstairs.

The location is really good: walkable distance to the city center, museums and cafes. The staff was responding quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. There is a microwave, a good hairdryer, a coffee machine and a small fridge. The bathroom was clean when we arrived.

It was an unpleasant surprise to find out that the soap dispenser from bathroom was empty. We had just some shower gel. The bed linen was ripped. The neighbors were quite noisy and we couldn't rest very well. Unfortunately, even if we were announced that we will have some free water in the room, we couldn't find any.

The room was really pretty, I liked the room decoration.

Difficult access to the first floor (very narrow stairs). I requested an invoice via the Booking website and via email, twice each, and over a week after I have received no response.

The apartment needs renovation or at least better maintenance, the shower was leaking all the time, there are few places which were repaired poorly. There was no soap provided (only shampoo). There were lights that were not working. There are old objects all over the place left for decoration. The leather sofas were broken. There are no doors for the toilet and bathroom which could be an issue if you are not alone.

Easy check-in/out process with very clear instructions. The location is relatively OK close to a lot of shops, restraurants, etc. The flat was relatively clean.

The surrounding was very noisy in the morning and at night. There was water dropping from the ceiling of the toilet, making the floor wet and producing noise at night. Because it was a business trip, I was very disappointed, that I did not receive an invoice or a proof of payment, even after asking via mail. The cafe on the ground floor was closed.

Overall the room was very nice, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is central and the city center is in walking distance. The check-in was easy.

Wi-Fi was very bad, to the point were it was unusable most of the time in my room.

The location is not ideal, as it is a bit far from the center and the main attractions from the city. Nevertheless, we never felt unsafe in any way. Considering the price we paid, I would say this is a very fair deal.

The check-in process is very easy whatever the hour you want to get into the room. Likewise, the check-out was also very simple, as we only needed to leave the keys in the room. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Hot water worked for 5 minutes. Once finished the boiler or whatever it was there in the bathroom area made noise for almost 3 hours...maybe it was heating more water, no idea but as things happened at 11:00PM we turned on some music to be able to sleep. More then annoying...

Interesting room, good space, looking pretty modern & clean. Coffee / tea available. Very good communication with the owner. Also could do an early check in as room was cleaned when we arrive in the area.

We couldn't get the TV to work! And we would have liked more pods for the coffee machine.

Stylish and comfortable room with a good shower, hot water and a comfy bed. We liked the contactless check-in and being able to come and go as we pleased with our own keys.

There was a constant knocking from the pipes in the toilet and the noise from the upper floor was also unpleasant. I believe the tenant can have the pipes fixed.

Some things in the apartment were broken or not working like the fridge. The neighbourhood and small street doesnt look that safe. Unfortunately the breakfast cafe on the ground floor was always closed (from Sunday to wednesday)

A compfortable stay in a central area of brussel. Perfect for a short stay. The apartment was nice furnished, calm and clean and close to sightseeing spots. Self-check in was easy

The room is dimmer than that in the picture/description. The room is a lot smaller than what appears in the picture. No place for our luggage as the cupboard was full with property linen. No AC and no fan, the air circulation in the room during my stay in summer evenings was pretty terrible. It only has one window with very small opening. So, not an enjoyable rest during the night.

The location. It's in walking distance from the metro station and some main tourist attraction. Bathroom is small but very clean.

The only issue for me was that the bathroom area had no doors which made it slightly uncomfortable at times to stay with friends.

The room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. We had a coffee machine, cookies, and a kettle inside the room as well as a mini fridge. Even the room decoration was very nice. It is a 15 min walk from most places in Brussels.

Could do with some attention to sort out a few things which were obviously not quite right, eg curtain hanging off the rail, small fridge not working, wobbly tap, dirty window. Note that the “water provided” means from the tap in the bathroom.

Beautifully designed room, comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the buzzy central location. Fabulous bar downstairs with gorgeous cool terrace - but check opening hours online as only seems to be open Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtime. Note that means more often than not self checkin so do check emails for those instructions - but that system worked fine for me.

The room faces onto an alleyway that is quite busy – particularly first thing in the morning. There's a loading bay for a retailer (Action), so from 6am (!) they are loading and unloading pallets into the store. That's fine if you need to get up early for a flight, but if you want to have a lie-in, it's not ideal.

The room (White Lady) was beautiful, spacious, with a very comfortable bed, chairs, coffee machine and fridge and large windows – a lovely space. A bit stuffy during summer. The location is fine, but....
