Single bed in the triple room did not seem to be originally planned there, but for 1 night stay it was fine.

Everything! The host made us so welcome. The room was amazing. Facilities, coffee machine, juicer, wines, beers and home made cake were all great. Patisserie at the end of the street but get there early before the croissants are all gone.

The A/C didn’t work and being that it very warm during the day we stayed there it made the room hot and hard to sleep. Besides that the stay was excellent.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance to the beautiful center square of Bruges. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. This is a multi level house with separate rooms for rent. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

We had a great time. The location is in a really nice and quiet area, at a 20 min walk from de city center. The room was very clean, with new furniture. We had everything we needed, including coffee and fresh orange juice. The host was really kind and waited us with homemade cake and chocolate candies. She also offered to give us all the information we needed regarding the city. We recommend the place and hope to come back soon.

The room is spacious and they have a really nice dining area with tea coffee fresh orange juice and even a bottle of wine. They don’t offer breakfast but there is a nice deli in just 1 minute walk. The owners offered us a free parking after we checked out. The old town Bruges is within a short walk.

Nothing. But if you are not prepared to walk in all weathers to the city centre and sights you might prefer something in the city centre. There is no public transport from this address.

In a very quiet suburban street. About 10 -15 mins walk to the city centre which suited me. Very obliging and hospitable host and though breakfast was not provided drinks and fresh fruit and home-made cake was always available. Parking possible outside in the street by arrangement.

We loved everything about the property. It was clean, lovely and warm specially as it’s winter now. Host Olly was super helpful, gave us many recommendations. Our room was really nice, great views and there was provided soft drinks in the fridge in the room. Or hot, cold soft drinks & alcohol in the main sitting room fridge if wanted, could just help yourself. Even had freshly made cakes down there too. All included in the stay. Also we spent an evening in his pool bar under the guest house. Great chilled atmosphere and very reasonable prices! Highly recommend this place!

Very affordable solution for a tremendously popular area. Within walking distance to historic town; very friendly couple who own/run the property; clean rooms; parking pass included; shared area for morning coffee etc. Located within a neighborhood, no big commercial structures to deal with - felt like a local.
