Brief awkwardness with turndown service ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign while I was sleeping off jetlag, and not sharing a common language to explain it.

The decor is beautiful with so much attention to detail. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring the hotel restaurant and roof top bar. We only stayed one night but didn’t really needed to or want to leave the hotel. We were travelling with a baby and the hotel was super accomodating and provided a cot and toys. It was a thoughtful gesture. Really appreciated it.

Too far away and not safe area. It’s by train station north but we were advised by a few people not to use it because it’s dangerous. Only other way was through a very dirty seedy tunnel. On our second day we found a women’s sweater and purse so she was obviously mugged. From them on we took taxis and it got expensive. Great hotel but wouldn’t stay there again

Staff were miserable in the restaurants particularly in the one on top floor. I don’t think anyone smiled at us once and one waitress grunted when we asked for the bill. The breakfast was included in the booking but communication was poor so we ended up being charged on the first morning but this was taken off on check out. The hotel seems to allow people in to use the restaurant on top floor and they have live music so just something to be aware of that people who are not staying at hotel are coming in and out. The area around the hotel is rough, with rubbish everywhere but inside hotel it is very clean and well maintained

The ambience of the hotel, decor and the different places you could eat and get a drink were fantastic. We had breakfast in the restaurant on ground floor, drinks in the lobby bar and dinner in the restaurant on top floor The food was delicious and fresh and the vibe was very nice. We loved the art deco feel to the hotel

The limited food options on the hotel menu, but that gave me a chance to go out and try out other restaurants.

Location was perfect, central to all main attractions and train station. The rooms are spacious with beautiful deco Bonus was the rooftop spot for sunsets

Beautiful interior. Absolutely adored the shower and bathroom. Very accessible location close to the Brussels-Noord Train Station. Accommodating staff throughout the experience. Very modern yet retro style and vibe making it easier to relax.

The staff in the rooftop restaurant. For a hotel of this price range, I expect not to wait 20 minutes at the table for a waiter to bring a menu. The same goes for breakfast, although I want to defend the one waiter who apparently had to serve all the tables. That is too much for one person.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. Beautiful rooms and wonderful view.

The only thing to note is the neighborhood is not the nicest. It’s very convenient as it’s a 5 min walk from Brussels Nord station, but the area was slightly unsavoury and close to red light district stores.

The hotel was gorgeous. Immaculately decorated with a decidedly chic and avant-garde vibe without any of the pretentiousness that usually comes with such a beautifully done property. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, unique and gorgeous. The staff was welcoming, kind and polite. We ate at both the lobby bar restaurant which had a delicious all-day menu and also enjoyed drinks and delicious Mexican food on the rooftop restaurant Tope. Tope is a must see with its great vibes, desert chic decor and friendly staff.

Room could feel slightly chilly however not enough that it was uncomfortable or stopped us from sleeping.

Cool decor, enjoyed the bath in our room. The rooftop bar was great and we had a nice brunch in the downstairs restaurant, as well as some good pastries from the coffee bar in the lobby. Hotel close to train station and a 20 minute walk from the centre. I had seen a few reviews complaining about the area, however we had no issues and didn't feel less safe than any other European cities. A great stay, would recommend!

Overall the hotel is awesome and cool. The vibes is cool with the rooftop bar. We like the hotel decorations and environment. The staff were so friendly and nice, approachable.
