No toilet in bathroom - beautiful room but needs a toilet as this is the floor the accommodation is on. Only toilet was downstairs by front door which was inconvenient.

The AC in the apartment seems to not work, so it was a bit hot inside.

The only toilet was right when you entered the apartment. Everything else was up a flight of stairs. At night you had to go downstairs to use the toilet.

The windows didn’t have handles. The heating/air conditioning should have instructions for use. A smart TV would be nice for Netflix etc

The shower hose was too short to place the head in the shower position. Hydronic heating and cooling system may be difficult for the average tenant to operate. Window mechanisms require a "key" to open and close.

Updated apartment in the heart of Brussels. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Grand Place and next to the Central station. You can get anywhere in or out of the city from this location. Groceries just across the street. Big high quality windows. We had no issues with noise from the street. Kitchen was fully equipped allowing us to cook breakfast and meals. Washing Machine! The key to travelling with tiny budget airline size backpacks.

The apartment was very, very warm when we arrived. The aircodition did not work well and we had to keep the windows open. There were several road works and so the apartment was very noisy.

We really liked how modern and well equiped this property is, you can enter the apartment via mobile app, kitchen had more appliances than expected and we also had washing machine and everything we needed during our stay, felt like we were at home!

There was not enough light. It was challenging to read. Also, there was no cutting board or certain kitchen tools that made it tougher to cook in the kitchen. We had to improvise in the kitchen.

The location is excellent. It’s just a few blocks from the Grande Place, Gare Centrale and upper town museums.The owners were responsive to our need.

The hose from the bath tube shower was super short, we struggled to take a shower because the hose was bending every time, blocking the water. Additionally, they should have left enough coffee capsules for the entire stay/people. We were there 2 nights, 3 people and we had only 4 capsules.

Great location, a bit noisy but that's OK since you are in the city center. Super quiet!

The place would be perfect if it had another bathroom and air-conditioning. Also living-room sofa is not very comfortable for sleeping.

Convenient location for sightseeing and for train travel, as it is right by the central station and also walking distance to most attractions. The location felt safe, no issues. Apartment access is very convenient. Bedrooms are quite comfortable and overall it is very spacious, nice for a group stay.

Upon booking the accommodation, we were under the impression that there was two bathrooms as described in the accommodation listing. When we arrived, it was quite unfortunate to see there was only one toilet to share between the six of us. A little more transparency about the bathrooms and what facilities are provided would have been great.

My friends and I really appreciated the attention to care in every regard. From the moment we booked the accommodation, we had ongoing communication and support should anything go wrong. Although we were not able to check in early, we were given numerous alternatives to safely store our bags as we explored Brussels. We did have a slight damp problem in one of the showers, as soon as I raised the issue, it was seen to within 3 hours! The location is also fabulous, we only used public transport a few times as everything was within walking distance! This is something we could actually see from the balconies, we were so thrilled with the view! I would 100% recommend this property if you have a big group in Brussels.
