the location was perfect for our needs, the apartment felt like a student apartment which was good, it was very quiet despite being in the center. Very good restaurants nearby. The owner was kind and guided us through the check in process.

The only thing that undermined my comfort was a problem with the entrance door to the apartment. It's a two-wing door that is quite slack. Now and then it would produce a loud, startling BANG. This was because of the draught produced every time someone opened the entrance to the building.

The location is indeed SUPER central, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, the access instructions were crystal clear so I had no trouble entering the apartment (unlike other "smart" apartments), the host ensured I received the required invoice.

I would of liked to be able to open the window in the sleeping area.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Short walk from metro. Transport links are fantastic. Lots of places to eat, on the doorstep. Short walk to the Grand Place, mannekin pis , comic book museum and many other attractions. Express supermarket less than five minutes away. Communication was quick, with lots of information. Easy access to the apartment with codes. Three of us stayed in the one bed apartment, lots of room, plenty of storage. Didnt cook as plenty of choice of food available in surrounding area. Busy area but felt very safe

It wasn't really clean, especially the bathroom. There was black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Windows were very dirty too.

The heating didn’t work at all, and the room was really cold, luckily it had a mini heater that worked when we were sitting both in one place, but not the whole room. Also the water hot spring was so noisy, it made a very loud noise every half and hour and when someone in the building turned on the shower. The noice could could easily wake you up at night. Apart from that pretty great!

Great location, comfortable studio with kitchen and a big bathroom. The WIFI worked really well which was a plus!! We were very pleased because even though the check in was 4pm they let us in earlier :) I would rent it again.

The steps. For elders I recommend to check the floor of the apartment.

It was right in the centre. Most of the important places are walking distance from the apartment. And the street with different shops is behind of our location.

Our apartment was on the 4th floor, and there was no lift, which made bringing the cases up difficult. The stairs would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

The studio apartment was spacious, clean and warm. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. The location was very central, right beside the underground and about 10 minutes from centraal station.

Only concern: the temperature in the room was SUPER HOT, with a huge radiator right next to the bed. I know Belgian winter is cold and people may appreciate it, but I believe there were like 27 degrees celsius in there. Too hot to sleep comfortably. Other than that, amazing!

Apartment no. 8: The boiler failed but the landlord sorted this out. The boiler was also noisy so we had to turn it off at night. As others have said, there were a lot of steps up to the apartment (83!) There was only salt not pepper, and one coffee pod. The TV was very low so could not be seen from the bed.

Apartment no. 8: Great location. Nice functional kitchen and bathroom. The TV was great with BBC1, BBC2 and some films in English. Wifi good.

Great location. We had a christmas marked near the appartment. Fairly easy to walk from the train station or to the city center. Metro in front of the appartment. Confy bed.

My flight came in early and check in wasn't till 3pm. I asked if I could leave my case and was told they couldn't say until closer to the time. Never heard any more so when I arrived in Brussels I messaged to ask when I could check in and didn't hear anything, so I had to hang around until 3pm to check in, and I had to find somewhere myself to leave my case, which I've never had to do in any apartment I've stayed in in Europe. Communication should have been better.

Very central and within 10 minutes walking distance of the main sights and train station. The bed is really comfortable. The kitchen is great with the big fridge and the hob for boiling eggs for breakfast. Good powerful shower and a heated towel rack in the bathroom.

The only downside was it's a little bright at nighttime as the windows have no shades but it didn't really affect our stay. It is a top floor apartment so probably not for anyone with mobility problems

The location was fantastic and central in Brussels, close to metro and rail stations. The apartment was compact and clean and warm with a smart TV and lovely shower room. Sam our host was easy to contact and hlepful

Mostly nothing, it was perfect in our case. However if you need elevator I haven't seen one. Maybe it was in the description or Sam can correct me if I am wrong. Anyway as I said it was perfect for us, no problem with the stairs :)

The location at the heart of the center is perfect. Room spacious and clean. Host super helpful, great instructions how to get to the place.

4th floor with no elevator and narrow old stairs. No complementary coffee and tea caps provided for sudden relief, especially if checking in late in the afternoon. No basic stuff like salt, black pepper, oil and vinegar were there. No curtains at the small windows. Price too high for the level of service
