Location was not as close to the city centre as expected or described on Booking.com. The bed was extremely/too soft as if there was no mattress but only duvet covers to lie on.

hard to find substantial remarks as the stay was excellent . - the terrasse is still under construction so next time it will be even more appealing with an outdoor terrasse - option for a late bar area in the hotel ?

The only drawback was the lack of any shelf to keep a few personal things in the shower.

The location and M Gallery hospitality was very good. Warm and professional attitude. Based very close to all forms of transportation,shopping and eateries. Their gesture to provide a cake for my husband's birthday morning is well appreciated.

The outside bar area was being rebuilt. I s should have been informed that I would be looking at a building site. The dinner menu was very poor in its selection and I had to eat two starters on the one evening I decided to eat in the hotel. I would have gone to an outside restaurant had I known

Really good stay! We were offered either the street view or the courtyard view upon arrival. The room is new and spacious - and even has direct USB charging ports (incl. UCB C's)! The staff is friendly and everything is as you'd expect from a 5* hotel.

Everything was taken care of. The beed feels like sleeping on a cloud, the breakfast had anything I could ask for, and every time I needed a cab, Mariano (the president of Clefs d'or Belgium!) made sure to have one ready for me.

Check in fast and helpfull with our questions. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Breakfast with all one might want to start the day. The concierge made it super easy to get a cab every time we needed one. About the restaurant, what else can we expect from a menu made by one Michellin-star chef Isabelle Arpin! Best choice in Brussels!

The corridor outside the room had a drain-like smell. The basin in the bathroom did not drain properly.

Cleaning was definitely not up to the standards. The toilet seat had liquid on it. The floor had hair. Also the room was small and not very well decorated. I've stayed in many 4* rooms that looked better.

Lobby area is nice. Location is fine, on the central ring within walking distance to the center and on a shopping avenue. Breakfast was decent. Staff is nice.

There was a party in the hotel organised by the hotel with very loud music until 1.30h. We called the reception but they told us to be patiented.....?????
