You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Kingdom3-4 flights of narrow, steep stairs to reach top floor, which are fine if you are able and fit. Towels could perhaps be replaced with thicker & bigger main ones, but only a minor thing.
Clean. Well equipped. Warm. Comfortable. Close to tram stops. Close to metro stop. Restaurants just around the corner. 7/11 shop near metro station.

Apartment was perfect location 40 min walk into Brussels buts 5 mins away from nearest metro. Clean, spacious and full of amenities for cooking on the hob. Host was very helpful.

BelarusThere is a pipe in one of the bedrooms so sometimes you can hear the sound of water running in it
The flat is located in a quiet area near a park and some museums. The underground station is almost round the corner and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the city centre. The flat itself offers all necessary facilities for your comfort stay. There are laundry facilities on the ground floor which you are free to use any time (you only need to have some washing staff). And the biggest plus of our 2-bedroom-flat was its privacy as it's on the top floor and there are no neighbours next door to bother you.

Clear instructions from the hosts where and how to pick up the keys, no time limit. Good and reliable wifi connection, super comfortable bed, fully equipped (albeit tiny) kitchen. Cozy and practical for a short business stay.
