Clean. Spacious. Ideal location for Ypres centre.

No coffee or coffee filter even for the first morning. One tea bag at least that was OK for mum. Decaf coffee sachet would have been nice as an option for mum. Stove did not work so resorted to using the filter coffee machine to get hot water as we coukd not get stove to work and host was not replying to text message or answering phone call. A few laundry balls would have been helpful as we weren't familiar with all the local labels. Made do with something dettol under the laundry sink. Clothes smelled fresh and clean. Drying rack was great. Very warm, didn't need heater despite coolish mornings. Towel heater in ensuite was great too. Electric curtains were fabulous.

Everything, just out of this world and beyond our expectations. Beds were so comfortable that my mum who is not a good sleeper had the best nights sleep in a very long time! Great to have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and two toilets if which there was one of each. Master bedroom had own ensuite. Two other bedrooms could share separate shower and toilet. As we were a family we call all use the central toilet just off the hall way. Very versatile space saving accommodation. Sign on toilet door would be helpful especially at night. Lol.

Not enough days for us to stay and enjoy all of the apartments benefits including the sauna!

Amazing apartment, spacious and modern and a kitchen and views to die for! A bit out of town but located overlooking a canal. Parking was very easy. Marijke is a wonderful host and the property had every single thing we needed for a 3 night stay.

Beautiful apartment, so spacious and modern throughout. Balcony's to enjoy the view and have a relaxing drink. Huge living space and kitchen, great for cooking and dining together. Friendly host, conveniently met us for check in and to explain everything we wanted to know. Easy check out process. Perfect location in Ypres for exploring local sites of significance for WW1

The apartment was really spacious, very well appointed and close to the city centre. The host was really helpful and very easy to cummunicate with. Our bicycles were easily accommodated in the ground floor store/garage

Lovely location and absolutely fantastic apartment, which was very clean and so much space. Owner was also very accommodating and helpful again this year. We will defintely be back.

The pillows, I think we all would have prefered more substantial memory foam ones. Maybe at least one full king or double bed (not two singles pushed together) which are more comfortable.

Lovely spacious apartment with all the mod cons. Nice location next to the canal within a short walk to the centre of Ypres. Airconditioning and automatic blinds and huge floor to ceiling sliding door windows, lots of light. The owner, Mary, was very helpful and provided all the necessary information. We toured the Ypres Salient, visiting The Passchendaele Museum, Tyne Cot Cemetery, Langemark German Military Cemetery, Essex Farm Cemetery (where John McCrae wrote his famous poem "In Flanders Fields", Bruges, Ghent, Dunkerque and the last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate in Ypres. Plenty of decent restaurants.

There was only one small thing to improve, TV is an old LG which does not allow you to steam to it, so it could do with a Chrome Cast or something just so on the evening you can stream to it.

The property is stunning, really modern with amazing sized rooms. Perfect location for walking to Ypres. Kitchen was fitted out with everything you could want, bedrooms were spacious and the one room has a Sauna which is great. All the bathroom were great, showers were perfect. Overall apartment was perfect.

Absolutely nothing at all - everything was outstanding.

Extremely freindly greating, followed by a walk around a well looked after and organised accomodation, with so much more space than we expected. The kitchen, living areas and apartment generally was huge, and the main bedroom was also massive with a huge ensuite with both shower and bath and twin sinks. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms were also a good size, and one even had a sauna in it! Everythig was clean and new looking, and it felt like we were living in an Ikea showroom of a house - beuatiful. The two twin balconies were also very spacious and it was nice to be able to spend some time outside. The host was extremely helpful and went well above and beyond on our last day watching the Tour oF Flanders.

Being told that we have to pay 100 euros cash deposit refundable on inspection which was good, Being told that it is all good and the deposit will be paid back then nothing no deposit refund or any of my messages being answered, not happy about that

asked for 100 Euro deposit on arrival- not mentioned on booking or in any communication . handed over 45 ( might have been 55) euros and £65( might have been 60) . refund was via bank transfer - which meant I lost out due to fees/exchange rates etc/ only £15 but there was no reason why the deposit couldn’t have been refunded in cash as it was given .
