The Brussels OPO Hotel was AWESOME! Our hotel room was VERY large, clean, quiet and modern. The bathroom was fantastic and complete with a large walk-in shower and separate toilet room. The property location was PERFECT - right in the heart of the city close to ALL the major attractions. Our room had a beautiful view of the city. Finally, all the hotel staff (front desk and housekeeping) we met were friendly, welcoming, and clearly eager to ensure we were comfortable at the hotel and with our room. A special mention to Rebecca who was working the front desk when we arrived: she was SO friendly and helpful; she made the perfect impression on my wife and myself while she was checking us in. She was such a lovely and charming ambassador for the OPO Hotel and Brussels!

Penthouse twin has no door into the bathroom, and the sky lights have no blinds so you have no choice but to be hit by the light in the morning Not happy also that the deposit is made day 1 instantly but takes up to 10 days to be refunded - think they should look at that

Didn't end up actually being able to stay. Will most certainly be re-booking. Wow how helpful are this hotel! Eurostar messed up our travel ON THE DAY! Got in contact and they wavered the fee (they did mot have to) and were so helpful and kind. Great buisness.

Was surprised to learn the tap water in Brussels is not drinkable. We were provided three small bottles of water on arrival (there were three of us) and thereafter 1 Euro per bottle is charged - rather than providing 1 bottle per person per day. For a flash hotel I thought this was bit ordinary and just left a bad taste in the mouth. Surely one bottle per person per day is not a massive expense for them!

My wife and I stayed in Brussels for 4 days and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The rooms were quiet, spacious, and very comfortable, and the hotel’s location was excellent. Although there was no breakfast option, there are highly recommended places very close by, so this detail is almost irrelevant.

The rooms were quite basic for the price. I ordered a minibar in a box as an extra, when I opened it there were no glasses in the room. Called reception and they brought some to us. No soap in shower dispenser and no mirror in the bedroom, only in bathroom which gets steamed up when showering.

The hotel was clean, quite new and staff were friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, very close to Grand Place and all the chocolate shops. Beds very comfortable and room was good.

The location cannot be more central. Even though there is not restaurant, there are dozens of great places to have breakfast literally around the corner. Great staff!

Excellent Hotel right in the middle of it all. The entire service team is very nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful, seemingly remodeled. Everything was pristine and high tech. The room was so comfortable we spent a lot of time in it relaxing. It's super close to Grand Place and a million places to eat and drink. It's about an 800m walk downhill from the train station.

Noise from nearby construction starts at 7am. Some road closures during our stay so our uber driver cannot come to the hotel, we had to lug our luggage to find him nearby.

Clean can be better. Towels had some spots, coffee mugs were dirty, broken glass piece was on the carpet. Early morning construction near by. But otherwise is good for short stay.

The rooms were a bit warm. We also didn’t know that the lights were connected to our key cards, so there was a little confusion there. However, that was quickly resolved by the receptionist on duty.

Our stay at OPO was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful with setting us up in rooms across the hall from our fellow travelers, storing our luggage and even providing us with free umbrella rentals. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding parts of the city.

AC system didn’t work properly. They explain the recirculating system but temperature was above 26 C and I have to open the windows.
