You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

host met me to give keys, explain/show apt/parking/city/etc, plus availability to answer questions anytime via cell/text/in-person. very clean, spacious 2 bedrooms with full beds, large sleep-able sofa, large smart tv with cable channels, fast Wi-Fi, walk-in shower with shower chair, and separate toilet with sink outside shower room. medium size fridge without freezer, convection oven/microwave, toaster, great tasting coffee maker, hot water kettle, glass stove top, dishwasher, new/clean utensils/cups/plates/glasses.

United StatesIt was our honeymoon and we decided to book this apartment for just one night for our short trip. We had an issue with getting too hot in the apartment. We contacted the host to see if it was possible to get a fan. He insisted we use the thermostat (and on the phone called us stupid multiple times as we told him it wasn't working and it was only getting hotter in the apartment). He then insisted that we were stupid and didn't know how to use it and that he is coming over...(at 12am when we were already in pjs). When he got to us, instead of helping us out, the owner started cursing and yelling at us, demanding we pay him extra because he drove out to us. He then told us that because he lost an hour of sleep, we must to; so now we have to check out at 10. Then he decided to just tell us that we must leave the apartment right then and there (at 12:30 am). After a bit of back and forth, we told him we will leave if we get our $ back. He laughed in our face and continued to yell. At that point we had no choice but to get police involved, once we were going to call, he decided to calm down and leave. It was such an unpleasant experience and the last thing from a relaxing honeymoon. On top of all this: -The host decided that because we are only staying one night, we don't have access to the wash machine so he locked the door with it in it. - the bed was very small so me and my parter were unable to sleep comfortably together - free toiletries were promised and when we got there, there was hotel bottles that were empty. -there was a wet towel left there and the shower floor was brown -there is NO FREE PARKING. -there are no towels in the apartment, if u need one for the shower, you must lay an additional 15 euro per towel The owner is smart...he only takes cash....otherwise I would have just called my credit card to help deal with all of this.
The location was good but not worth it dealing with such a rude host.

United KingdomNo communication from property regarding actual location and how to check in. Once contacted owner and shown to the property it was obvious that it’s not clean, bedding on main bed had unhygienic bedding without sheets. Despite booking accommodation for 2 adults and 2 teens I was told that sofa in living room only had a blanket to be used… then some quilts and pillows were shown to me but without sheets to cover. I was told that apartment is only for 2 people.. not 4 as advertised. I was told that if I don’t like it I can leave.. which we had no choice but to do…. at 8pm and nowhere to go…I wish I read previous reviews… but seen only positives.. Level of communication was poor once I questioned the bedding… there was no towels available either. When walking out I was shown to very dark corridor without light which was very uncomfortable…and possibly vulnerable… Also, no free parking as advertised… you can try to leave the car on the street or underground car park nearby. It’s horrible that they think the apartment is in acceptable state for any tourists!

FinlandWe had booked the apartment for three persons, but there were only sheets for two people. There were blankets for two persons and a blanket for the third person. Despite requests, we did not get more bedding. Our host only asked us to use the blankets found in the apartments as sheets. It was unpleasant to use blankets that others had already used as sheets. It is worth noting that towels are only delivered for an additional fee. The air conditioning was not working during our stay.

FranceOwner came late in the evening 6PM for us to checkin. He didn't accepted our booking on time and for his mistake we had to wait outside for 6 hours. We booked the room for 4 people and knowing that he didn't arrange enough cushions and blankets for us.
Room is just steps away from the river front and all the main attractions , there are enough restaurants near by and it's easily accessible

Germany1. It was not easy to locate the apartment through the navigation. 2. It looked like the apartment was not cleaned after the last guests left. 3. The toilet paper was almost over. However, I did not get a substitute for it. 4. As I arrived, the towels in the toilet were wet and used by previous guests. They were not replaced. 5. Booking a shower towel costs 15€ more. 6. The basin in the washroom had stains.
1. The apartment is in the center of the city. 2. The apartment had good Wi-Fi & Netflix 3. The personal helped me carry my extremely heavy luggage.
