Had a difficult time with the lock on the front door.

Breakfast was very good, the room comfortable, and Olivier was extremely accommodating while we were there. We came to Spa for the F1 race, but since we reserved the room late, we paid a premium price. Regardless, we would stay here again.

Rooms are a bit outdated (old) for that price. Everything else is perfect

Villa is a very beautiful old building with spacious territory and easy parking. Max 10 min walking or even less from the city centre. Beautiful common room and room for breakfast. Nice and quite side of the city surrounded by other beautiful villas. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room with tea/coffie capsules and a fridge. It's very warm there in the winter. The owner is a very nice and pleasant men, very open and helpful.

great breakfust ,nice and friendly owner who is helpful during check-in breakfust and check-out ,the villa with a nice decoration and full off marble floors ,just up the center off SPA and plenty off privet parking . the villa is a new place sins a 1/2 year for privet bookings ,we enjoy a lot and will be back in to the future .

One side of the room needed some painting and the glasses for tea seemed a little bit dirty, but it defenitly wasn't to bad.

We couldn't get in so we called the owner and he was there within 2 minutes, really nice guy. It is an old building and some things still need to be done, but the beds are great and the breakfast was really nice. And we also got free coke and water in the fridge.

The hotel is an historic estate that has a charming sitting room and a sunny breakfast area. The rooms have been nicely remodeled and the plumbing, heating, and electrical are all new and modern. We loved the tub/shower combo and the room refrigerator has free water and sodas. The owner, Oliver, who is fluent in many languages, is onsite and very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the site has easy access to the city center and thermal spa. Also has free onsite off street parking. Would highly recommend.

I have to say, this was one of the best accomodations I've ever visited. Located in the very calm residential area of Spa, while still in a proximity to the city centre, the first thing that welcomes you upon entering the villa is the distinctive art deco atmosphere and authentic ambience of the place, especially the cozy lounge and dining room, followed by the warm welcome and perfect approach of the owner Olivier, who is always kind to guide you around and tell you interesting information and details about the building and its enviroment. Great and fresh breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Plenty of parking space. The charm and soul of this villa is something I will never forget. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Liked everything! Know that this place is a work in progress for renovations a bit at a time. We will definitely come again for another visit.

Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Each morning French pastries were served with charcuterie and lovely French cheeses. A sous vide bath for eggs, a great Nespresso coffee bar. The art deco design in the dining and great room was lovely. Oliver is an amazing host paying attention to all details that make a stay away from home special. Our beds were really comfortable!!!!

The rooms were a bit musty, the hallway smelled moldy, the bathroom did not have a ventilation, the bathroom facilities could have an upgrade, all in all one would have expected a bit more value for money.

It looks nice and is in a quiet area, not far from the city center, the beds are very comfortable, the host was very welcoming.
