Nothing could have been better, perfect property.

This property is amazing. Very clean, very cool and good location about 20 mins walk to the main square. Parking is outside the front door which is a huge bonus in Brugge. The owners has thought of everything. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Didn't stay long enough!

Great modern facilities, so many little touches which just makes the trip even more special. Welcome gifts and honesty bar are a great touch. Brilliant self catering facilities, this property has everything you need and more. Hosts were on hand throughout the whole stay if needed and great information on arrival to get your bearings.

Beautiful home outside of the city walls. Very quiet and relaxing with lovely outdoor space to enjoy. It was clean very well stocked with everything we needed and the owner is the great next-door and we’re very helpful. Grocery store was down the street along with a lovely bakery. Great place to stay.

It is in a quiet neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle of Bruges city center and all of its attractions and tourists. A leisurely 20-minute walk. There is a bakery and small grocery store around the corner. The hosts are very helpful and have provided everything you need to have a lovely visit!

Very pleasant stay in Bruges. Clear and quick communication with the owners via Booking.com (WhatsApp also an option). All information required was available even before our arrival. Filip warm welcomed our family and showed us all around the floors (ground + 2). All super clean and tidy. Kitchen fully equiped. Thanks for the coffee and chocolate!

WOW! So beautifully decorated! Very comfortable. Really exceptional!! Lovely hosts! Very nice and helpful. Strawberries, postcards with stamps, and chocolates left for us were so kind. Great location.

Nothing - faultless!

The property was very well equipped and beautifully decorated throughout. There was so much space and it had everything we could possibly need for a long weekend. The location was great - large supermarket nearby and a short bus ride into the centre. Dominique responsed to all messages in no time. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Quite often I may have something to add here or even suggest a few minor improvements. With this property, it was hard to believe that everything went beyond our expectations!

Was met and introduced to the property by the host Dominique. She was very kind, warm, friendly and very welcoming. Provided us with all the information we needed. Thoroughly impressed with the property, the cleanliness, the amenities and the feel of classic country style with a contemporary feel was something we really loved. She even showed us the comfy furniture in the garden which was available for use if needed. The kitchen was spotlessly clean, and the range of equipment provided was truly impressive for anyone who loves to cook, you literally have all the utensils, full range of cutlery and kitchenware and equipment at your disposal. Both bedrooms are fitted with AC. The location is very quiet and we got a very comfortable rest and sleep. The bathroom and shower facilities, the range of bathroom towels and amenities provided were 5 stars! Particularly enjoyed the rainforest shower!

Staircase might be a bit tricky for elderly persons.

Well equipped, well organised, very clean, very relaxing. Roomy, with excellent comfortable furniture. Nice kitchen. Free parking in front of the house. Very quiet neighborhood nearby city centre. Nothing at all

Very new and modern, clean and has everything you need in the house. The house is perfect! The most beautiful BnB I have stayed in. Both Filip & Dominique are friendly hosts and kind, we had a really enjoyable stay in the house. We love it! There is free parking right outside the house too. I cannot think of anything else that I need that wasn't stay. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Bruges.

No soap in the bathrooms. Bedrooms could have had a chest of drawers to unpack clothes and the second bathroom only had a bath meaning we all had to shower in one bathroom. Other than that a perfect stay

Easy to knock on the neighbours door to pick up the keys on arrival. Prompt response to messages & allowed us to check out late & just leave keys in post box

The house is so, so beautiful! Perfect for families, it has absolutely everything you need. It’s a 20 minutes walk from the old city center, with bus alternatives, but the area is so nice and quiet that I would recommend the walk. Dominique is very kind and attentive, and in spite of the late arrival, she welcomed us with smiles and delicious gifts for our son. Not only do I recommend this guesthouse, but honestly i would move there in a heartbeat.

The location is about 20min walk to town but the bus is handy at the end of the street.

The property is super clean, large and spacious with plenty of facilities.
