Perfect location. Room was everything we expected. Quite small but not an issue as we were out all day. Very clean, great shower, TV good and kitchen area was great for breakfast things and drinks. Fridge good. Lift always worked. suitable for only two people which was not a problem and never saw queue. Staff very helpful and friendly. Happily recommend to anyone and very reasonable price.

Parking was difficult. In a single room there was a sofa bed and twin bed, the sofa bed was not that comfortable, always making noises.

The location is in the middle of the city, easily accessible to the beach. The apartment was clean and well organized.

The beds could do better. The mattresses on both the single bed and sofa bed were a bit on the flimsy side. Some spaces had dust left on them like the headboard of the single bed and the odd windowsill. The toilet had a strong odour.

Very well situated. You're right next to the beach, restaurants, shops. The accommodation is a mix between contemporary interior design and a distinct touch of vintage art deco. I loved the taps in the bathroom. Checking in and out runs very efficiently. The studios are modern, very pretty, and compact. The kitchen is very handy and cute. It was nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. The building is really beautiful with elegant decorative features. Well worth its money. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The building gives to a very noisy street and if you are a light sleeper as I am, it will disturb your sleep heavily. The studios are very small. The check in is very rigid.

The windows were not properly isolated and you could feel the wind the and hear street noise. Small maintenance needed on the sink from the bathroom, was getting clogged very easily.

Theres only one thing that i really disliked was that they almost didnt gave shower gel (80 ml available), shampoo and conditioner (40 ml each was provided by the hotel for 3 adults during 2 nights) and considering the proximity to the beach it is presumed that you have to shower more often after swiming in the salty sea. I think they could be a littlr more generous on that. So i would advise you to take some with you or just buy more from the nearby supermarkt as i did

Im overall happy with everything. Its a beautiful building well decorated with paitings of J Ensor. Very close to the beach and supermarkt theres also option of dining and takeaway nearby. The Studio is also very good clean and equiped with a very small kitchen with enough utensils to do some basic cooking. It was confortable during our 2-night stay.

Room very small, and it is a "pain-in-the-SSSS" to store all the cushions (two very large & 4 scatter cushions) every night with the pull out double bed, and to make up the bed. AND, the reverse every morning to return to a double settee & store the duvet & pillows in the limited cupboards. I think that (as Booking.com price per room is lower than the "normal" that they receive), we were allocated a room "at the back" with a view of walls - a bit disappointing. We learned that other couples received bottled water & offers for late check-out (we were not offered) - but I guess we didn't "deserve" this as we paid a lower price with Booking.com.

Excellent location, close to the beach & supermarket. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Aircon worked & kitchenette contains everything needed for a short stay. Rooms & all communal areas are spotlessly clean and tidy. Quite environment. Our request for a room on the lower floors was accepted.

The bathroom wasn't very nice and no facility to leave bags which isn't what we expected from a hotel of this price range.

Friendly staff on the reception desk, and a very good location for the town and beaches. The room was quiet with an interior courtyard window, so not much natural light, and had a comfortable bed, sofa and a table with chairs. Bathroom was small, badly ventilated and very cold with the window open. A nice stay for a single night.

Very nice compact room with everything you need for a short holiday or a business trip. well-equipped kitchen and good quality fridge. Good quality bed and sofabed. close to the nightlife of Ostend but not so close you would hear it. The hotel is within spitting distance of the beach. The communication with the Hotel was very good and friendly and the room was also spotless.
