the Ac stopped in the nite due to which i couldnt sleep & they arranged a fan in midnite due to which i had headache in morning .This can be taken care before allocating any rooms before.

The Location was v near to Antwerp station & nearby to the City centre which was a very positive point . Still the staff fully cooperated in guiding locations, etc.

The room's bathroom wasn't cleaned in every corner, probably done superficially. some things were obviously clean, some were not, or rather they still had some residues of hair/hairs. Nothing a good rinse would fix. Bedsheets, towels and the rest of the room were fine.

I needed a place as close as possible to the train station and this was the best "cheap" choice. The reception is open 24/7 as I needed too. Staff was very friendly, prepared and nice.

The room smelled massively over perfumed - too much deodoriser I think, and I had to open the window and leave for several hours to let it air out. The bed had too much fabric on the headboard and base of the bed I got the feeling wasn't able to be cleaned well with signs of old stains. Did not really feel comfortable. Some way of making tea or coffee in the room would have been nice.

One little thing that annoyed a little bit is that the inner yard is used as a smoking area, and my window was facing exactly that area, where there were people almost all the time.

Very good value for money. The location is convenient, several minutes from the station. My room on the ground floor was not big but comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I had a good sleep.

Extra pillows would be nice, as the one pillow each we had was quite thin. Parking in the area is very expensive so if on a budget you will need to factor that in. The nearest parking is a 5 min walk from the hotel and charges €20 for 24 hours.

We stayed here for one night whilst exploring the city, the location is perfect, a short walking distance into the heart of the town where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel reminded me slightly like a hostel - our room was very basic, but clean, and the bathroom was really nice with a lovely shower! The bed was comfortable, and room was spacious. When we return to Antwerp, we will definitely stay again, as it was a great location, budget friendly and overall a comfortable stay.

it's not the hotels fault, but the fire alarms were going off quite often and sometimes even at night the fire door to our corridor didn't work properly and it was quite annoying to open it the radiator was quite loud
