We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe pool was too cold. They need to be careful with this because it was so cold it was almost useless (including the jacuzzi). I appreciate the energy costs are high but it might easily be a false economy since the pool was one of the major attractions for us. We didn't need to use it much in the end but it would definitely colour whether we go back.
Super hotel for families, except for the freezing pool. Good food, both breakfast and dinner. Great facilities for the young family.

BelgiumThe breakfast room even if huge, was very noisy and you could smell the food already from the corridor. Maybe it may need a better ventilation. By the way, not a big issue.
The rooms are very big, the bathrooms as well and all super clean. The swimming pool is always appreciated, the lounge with the pool table was definitely a plus. The library is such a peaceful space when you travel with kids and want to isolate for a bit. We really enjoyed it.
