Minor thing: Certain breakfast items weren't being replenished that quickly (if I had more time it wouldn't have bothered me as much).

Room was exceptionally clean. Bathroom very well lit and spacious. Coat hangers, iron+board and big safe available in the room. Decent air conditioning (albeit a bit loud) and good light blocking curtains.

Not exactly in the city center, but we'll connected in the European District, only 10 minutes away from the center. Room a bit pricy, but in line with the costs of the city.

Very nice room, with a comfy bed, a clean bathroom and a spacious shower. Communal areas tidy and quiet, with many available TVs to watch live sports.

I loved the staff. The friendliest staff I've ever met! They helped me with everything I needed. The beds were extra comfy and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I will be staying whenever I'm in Brussels.

Our neighbors that were loud during the night and we could not sleep. The bathroom sink was not working very well, it took a while before the water was gone. Not a big fan of glass doors for the bathroom.

Some of the staff didn’t provide a good customer experience and were quite short when I requested some items. Their tone could be more helpful.

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Having a good selection for vegetarians and vegans. Excellent waiters for dinner who were very attentive to my needs.

Breakfast at 26eur was unaffordable. Service at the bar was slow. No real coffee in room (only instant powder - a MAJOR minus in my view for price) and surcharge for a coffee via room service would have been 7.50eur. Water in room also missing snd no I don’t want to drink it from bathroom tap!

Comfy room, nice living room/reception area for co-working, meeting colleagues. Check in and out was smooth.

The area during the week-end is without any open restaurant or pub and the restaurant in the hotel is closed as well.

Very nice hotel in the area of the EU commission. Nice and large room, clean, and good breakfast. Very close to the metro Art Loi, one supermarket and 15 min walking distance to the center. There is also a small fitness room, with a sufficient number of equipment.

It was a bit hard to find at the beginning, a bit far away from the train (not metro station).

It’s about 10 minute walk to the busy streets also when you arrive you are greeted with this comfortable atmosphere, the receptionist were really nice and although we did not eat at the restaurant the hotel had, the hotel room had their own water cattle which me and my friend (both students) boiled noodles to eat. The lobbies were also nice and although the elevator was small it was comfortable with it’s lightning. The room was way nicer than we thought, it had an hairdryer and the shower looked very updated, the room included shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner and a lot of towels. Not only that we found a mini fridge and iron in the closet as well as a safe for your important belongings. The metro station was also super close, like three minutes away. If I’m visiting Brussels again I will stay here if I had the chance.
