A few extra pillows would have been nice, as we found the pillows quite small and flat. It would have been nice to have some extra coffee pods in the room, and a choice of decaffeinated coffee too - but to be fair we didn't ask at reception if there was decaf available. Both very small

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. The rooms are stylish, comfy, and extremely clean. We added breakfast onto our booking the morning we were leaving. It was a good spread, and actually good value for money in terms of the quality of the food and drink available. Our room on the top floor was very spacious and even had a surprise terrace looking out over the street. We always love staying at 9Hotel and will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel is perfect - just two steps to the entrance of the metro and 2 minute walk to the central railway station. A small but cosy hotel with nice and clean rooms. Everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately had a leak in bathroom during middle of night water over floor of bathroom / toilet area but they moved us immediately on finding out.

Only a small point, the decor in the corridors was bright red, didn't look right.

Great location near rail station, excellent room with balcony which was great, breakfast really good. Reception staff and breakfast room staff were fantastic.

Breakfast is served in the room with 3 big communal tables which I don't find comfortable. It was a bit too warm in the room even with AC on and not really hot outside.

No cons at all! Might be a bit noisy with the traffic as it's on a main road, but once the door was closed it wasn't too bad!

Loved the location! Staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was much nicer in person than in the photos..bonus we also had a small balcony with table and chairs which was perfect for the morning sun! Little breakfast cafe next door make delicious rolls/ paninis which were very affordable and a perfect to start the day.

It was strange smell from toilet, but there was good ventilation (you can turn on manually) and this smell wasn't problem any more.

Everything was perfect. Everything looks new and fresh. In the room You can find all necessary facilities. Iron and ironing desk was delivered immediately. Big bed was very comfortable.

it was way too hot in the room (in April!), couldn't really sleep. AC was running, but no really cold air. Open windows didn't help, plus too much noise from the street. We were offered another room, but it seems to be the general building issue: in the corridors the temperature was close to sauna feeling, very hot downstairs, too.

The air conditioner was hard to regulate. It was warm in the hallways, and the first night was very warm in our room. We were upgraded to a different room, and that experience was much better. Street noise

The staff was friendly, accommodating, quick to respond, and resolve issues. They were helpful in getting a package mailed back to the United States, went above and beyond. Close to central station and metro.

Bathroom a bit tight for space and some shelving would be welcome. Decor is 'industrial chic' so no enclosed hanging space for clothes nor drawers for other items,(instead some stacking boxes). Bare brick wall on one side of room and some sort of workshop table at bed side.

Toilet was in a tight corner that didn’t leave much leg room. The room didn’t have AC so it was really hot at night. And the hallway was also super hot.

The room looked really nice and simple enough. I like the big mirror in the room. Staff were friendly. The hotel location was really great. 10-15mins walk to most of attractions and lots of restaurants around too.

I had 2 unexpected showers before figuring out the hand shower. The button next to the left bed did not cooerate.

- It was very warm in the room (the heat is coming from the corridors somehow), I had opened the balcony door for 2+ hours in the evening plus slept with air conditioning on, but it was still too warm for me to rest properly - Breakfast was ok but nothing more, with weird seating which seemed more hostel-like to me

- Good location close to a main train station and just next to a metro station - Clean, spacious and minimalistic room with a nice balcony - Mostly soundproof windows (you notice the them being soundproof once you open the windows for a short time and hear buses, cars, ambulances, etc. passing the hotel quite often)
