Rooms a little small. Rooms were not cleaned one day inspite of asking them to.

Because of the location, you could hear people yelling on the streets until late at night

Brilliant location for us as just opposite the train station and the hotel were very happy to accomodate our bags both before checking in and after checking out. Fantastic shower.

The room's a little small and poorly lit (needs some new lights all-round) (the other room was the same). They didn't replace towels at all. The attached restaurant did not look appealing (we went elsewhere). Breakfast is expensive, better to go to the cafe round the corner. The pillows were pretty flat and few far between.

Easy location to find. The bed was soft. Wifi was fast! Coffee/Tea was available in the room. The shower was powerful. Keycard to room. Access to reception via phone. The lift was good, other than it's not fully step-free to get to the room, you have about 6/7 steps from the lift.

The shower was too uncomfortable, and there was noise outside. The door of the room wasn't the best.

It was relatively far from all the touristic places we wanted to visit so we had to rely on a taxi.

We like that it was close to the bus station and university.

Very to little maintenance done. Globes not working. Satelite/cable TV not working. Rooms not soundproof. The hotel is very dated.

Spacious room. Close location to train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Toiletries and hairdryer provided as well as a hairdryer. Bonus was the mini bar fridge in the room.

WiFi was poor, I couldn’t work and had to use mobile internet for video calls. Cleaning in the corners can be better.

Beds are a bit too soft for my preference. Didn't find a hairdryer but maybe it needs to be specially requested. On 2nd night got no sleep because there were a lot of drunk loud neighbours in the next room and in corridor even ear plugs didn't help. We told them to be quiet but it was useless, should have called the police.

The hotel is 3 minute walk from train station, but half an hour to the main attractions in centre. Had kettle for tea and coffee, had complimentary bottle of water. Spacious, clean, had everything that's needed, great bathroom.

The lift was very small and very very slow

Excellent location (in front of train station) and you have all the buses and trams. Easy to discover the city. The room was so large (lots of space to put all your stuff) and also nice and quiet. We also got free tea and coffee The bathroom was very nice, lots of space and storage.

A little noisy, had a room overlooking the square (already quite noisy), exacerbated by a broken window that wouldn't close... I also had a fridge that didn't work..

Great location near St Pt. Station and good facilities in the room (coffee, tea, toiletries). Great for solo travelers.

It was easy to find and close to the train station. There was complementary coffee, a kettle and a mini fridge.

Nothing negative but the water pressure was very low. Absolutely not a problem but just wanted to highlight it for fellow travellers.
