We did not had hot watter one night. Found a empty pack of condoms in the cabinets from the kitchen.( Which makes you think how good was the cleaning after those condoms were used). The vent/air conditioning was working but I couldn't make it so that the temperature in the room was as I wanted. Maybe it was my fault for not knowing how to work it

Staff was ok and polite. We could check in when we arrived in the morning. They provided an umbrella for one day when it was raining.

Location was good but turned out it was a bit far from the old town (around 20-30 min walk). Also, I did not like the shower, because every time after using, there was water on the floor.

The room was lovely and specious! It had beautiful interior and small kitchenette. I enjoyed our stay very much. Can definitely recommend. Also, there were nice restaurants and an excellent breakfast cafe nearby.

We were pleased and no problems.

We were able to walk from the station to the hotel easily and were able to go to our room straight away. There was luggage storage on departure. Helpful staff. We walked into the city. So good location. Spacious room with kitchenette which we had not been expecting.

Could do with better ventilation system

Lovely hotel in a prime location. Clean and soundproof rooms. Nice clean sheets and towels. Gym access.

Modern and large rooms with a very comfortable bed. The location is in walking distance to Saint-Gilles with many restaurants.

1. We expected that for such a price there would be at least bottles of water in the room, but everything was according to the price 2. Windows on the first floor room do not open 3. Sound insulation could be better (you can hear the toilet being flushed) 4. There are no congratulations on my birthday, although I booked a hotel to stay on the next day of my holiday. Its pity

When they cleaned the room on our second day, they didn't replace the coffee/tea cups we had used; they were in the same place we left them. This meant we had to ring the reception to get new ones.

The hotel is centrally located in a very calm neighborhood. The staff was friendly, and check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and clean and included many amenities. The bed was very comfortable and big. There was good AC.

The seroundings of the hotel were good but coming from the airport we need to take a train and a metro.

The room quite some space. It was very clean and organized. It also had amenities to make tea. The room also had a fridge.

Rooms are large and minimalist designed. Garden is good but vegetation in garden is not well maintained.

Ripped furniture in the lobby; room safe was already locked upon arrival & a tech didn’t come to open it until the day before we left; the water in the toilet would sometimes run continuously; the airport taxi we ordered 1 day in advance was over 15 minutes late for pickup; not wheelchair accessible through main entrance

It’s small so it’s easy to navigate. Staff was always pleasant and helpful.
