Everything was fine. Maybe some hotel slippers would have been useful. And I am not sure I saw a hair dryer (maybe I am wrong)

The superior room was very spacious, clean and it had all the facilities. Staff was very professional. The area is safe, clean, close to gare du Midi. Nesspresso coffee machine and coffee in the room. I truly recommend staying in this hotel.

A number of things didn’t work. We had to move from our first room because the air conditioning didn’t work. New room had a number of other issues. But small things like light bulbs out and staff took care of things when we asked

Attractive room and public spaces, great amenities, they’ve thought of everything a travel might want. Spacious and very comfortable room and beds. Excellent breakfast buffet, good dinner. Staff was great, very responsive.

The hotel is located in a nice & calm area, in the area, there is a number of different shops, coffee shops places and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds.

WiFi was terrible. Umbrellas are rented at the entrance - absolutely ridiculous a hotel at this price on Avenue Louise would not offer to lend them for free, especially in a rainy city like Brussels. Coffee machine was broken and only replaced after the second time I went down to complain about it, which was unfortunate but not a big deal if it had been taken care of after my first request. No conditioner in the shower was frustrating, (but the rest of the products & water pressure/temperature was good).

Free room upgrade offered at check-in without me asking for it was a very nice surprise. King size bed was very comfortable and giant room felt almost like a studio apartment. Reception staff was friendly. Location was perfect for access on foot around La Grande Place & Place Flagey.

We were a family of 4 with teenagers, our room was big enough for 4 of us, spacious and comfortable. Perfect location with different types of public transports and walking distance to shops ans restaurants.

Nothing negative to mention about the hotel, location is bit out of city center and hard to reach by public transport, consider walking up the hill on the way back to hotel. We took bus 71 at one occasion which stops couple streets away. Metro stop is near by but metro doesnt go into city center. With tall cars the garage can be an issue, max height allowed is 170 cm! Luckily our car was spot on 170 cm and we had no issues.

We got without asking a free upgrade to a superior room, which was larger than needed. Room was very clean, well equipped and well taken care of. The breakfast was the highlight: various and high quality ingredients catering also for vegetarian guests. Staff was always very kind and professional, we loved our stay at the hotel.

Toilet door handle broke on the first night and was reportedto reception. Still hadn't been repaired when we left after 4 nights.
