the service was a bit slow - seem the hotel is understaffed.. we were not able to get the technician to fix some issue in time; one day the housekeeping was not fine so needed to request it again

Check-in was quite slow and there was trouble with their system. On the way out they were horribly understaffed and only had one person managing 15+ people s checkin plus luggage storage service. If people would not have offered me to skip the line to get my bags after some time had passed I would have missed my train. The staff was very clear on not caring or acknowledging being understaffed. By their attitude it was clear this cant be an isolated case. The other staff was very friendly. This incident as the one major minus point though.

Comfy beds, big rooms, they were able to accommodate us and change our room away from the elevator. Spa is small but cute. Fantastic view on the station!

Reception staff at night was not helpful. I asked them a few questions but they were unable to answer any of them... i asked about using the Tesla chargers (2 were available but had no power) and the guy didn't seem to care.. why do you have destination chargers and advertise them when they've been turned off? Also he didn't even know where to get tea bags when i asked for one.. Also at 11am the pool door was closed?

The bedding had some minor stains, the shower was not properly working (e-shower, temperature set on 35 degrees and the menu did not function) and some red mold was present on some of the sealant edges.

The breakfast room was very busy at the weekend and to improve the flow, bread could have been set out in more than one location - for example by the ham and cheese as well as by the hot food.

Kids at the pool were quite noisy and the heating up the Hammam took a long time. Also I requested a happy birthday card for my mum be left in the room it never made it.

The fridge in our room did not work and, despite asking twice,nobody came to look at it, the basin in the bathroom didn't drain well and one of the side lights in the room didn't work. It didn't feel as spotless as you might expect but it was more than acceptable and the lovely staff made up for this in our opinion.

Friendly staff, small but nice pool and sauna, good location, generally what you would expect from this type of hotel. We were also lucky enough to get a room with a great view of the beautiful station...worth asking!

There is no serious desk to work in the room. This is a common weakness in many Radisson Blu Hotels and is quite disappointing.

For the first time in many years of traveling, I have encountered an unfriendly and even rude service at check out from the employee named himself Junis. Unfortunately, this incident left a bad aftertaste that does not fit with the level of the hotel and the purpose of our visit to Antwerp - to celebrate a family event.

Spacious room overlooking the station. Nice bathroom with bathtub. The pool, although the water was cool, probably not heated, so we decided against a second visit to the pool the next day. Very good breakfast and а hospitable staff in the restaurant.

We had to switch 3 times after the initial room because of defects ( broken tv, stuck window, room smelled of tobacco).

The 4th Premium room we got because the 3 previous rooms had issues.The manager was helpful after noticing our issues.

Good location, close to Antwerp Central Station and in a walking distance from historic center and shopping area, can feel a bit too busy sometimes, great breakfast with very good selection of food.

Check in was quick, breakfast choice was excellent. Location is great for getting around Antwerp and opposite the train station. Bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. Our room and bathroom were huge & well cleaned.
