We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy only criticism is that the rooms should have a fridge. They are certainly big enough to accommodate one. A previous response mentioned a communal fridge available for guests but that wouldn’t be convenient for us. A minor criticism but much cheaper hotels manage to provide in room fridges.
Lovely hotel and bedrooms Exceptionally clean. Fantastic breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Bottles of water provided every day of stay. Great location- between the sea and the tram.

Top location, a few minutes walk to the beach. Near the mini golf court and playground for kids. Kids can ride the gocarts on the surrounding park domain. Excellent breakfast and nice, comfortable room. We asked for a room with a shower and we got one. Coffee/tea facility in the room: always a plus for me. It was our 2nd stay.
