Nothing we did not like. We just want to mention that this property does not have a lift. It did not bother us as we only carried a small backpack for our trip to Bruges from Brussels.

It was a conveniently located in the heart of Bruges and within walking distance of all the other notable touristy places. We only stayed one night but had a comfortable sleep and the room had basic amenities that we needed. The breakfast was enjoyable and delicious!

The breakfast is very basic, but I don't believe we paid extra for it, so that was fine. I wanted to use the hot tub, but was unsure if it was available. All really was great though.

The location of the Black Swan is perfect - close to the main market square but on a quaint street. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage after we checked out. They called a taxi for us and printed our rail tickets. The room was very comfortable with a very modern "rain" shower. The beds were all comfortable. There was a very steep staircase to our room, but we kind of loved it!

This property is very old and build in a very unique way, if you are carrying more luggage then its very difficult as you have to take a long walk.

Hotel is at the heart of the town, all the major attractions are very close to the hotel. Staffs were very friendly.

No lift service and going up with luggages could be a challenge. However this did not stop us from having a pleasant stay.

It is locates in the centre and close to shops , restaurants and bus stop. Staff is friendly and room very clean.

The staff requested we schedule a time for breakfast because there was limited space and it would get busy. We did, but it didn't matter because people were lingering for so long and the was no enforcement of the times that the place was packed and there was no where to sit. This isn't entirely their fault but it's extremely frustrating to pay for a breakfast, book a time for it, and then have nowhere to sit. The good thing is, the location is so nice, it's probably better to go out for breakfast anyway

I loved the design of the hotel, looks sort of old fashioned but that suits the overall vibe of the old town. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious with a table, armchair, wardrobe, all the basics were covered and more.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as a bit more wardrobe space. We didn’t miss the fact the hotel doesn’t have a lounge/ bar or restaurant for lunch / evening meal as there are plenty of places nearby to choose from .

Location of hotel is very good, within short walking distance of centre of Bruge , close to shops, restaurants and bars. Staff at hotel were very helpful and pleasant . Rooms were spotlessly clean and beds extremely comfortable. Excellent breakfast provided daily .
