The house was stunning, great for art lovers with an ecliptic mix of art throughout the house plus the perfect hosts and being so close to the centre it was the perfect place to stay. Rooms were great with amazing bathrooms to each. Delicious and plentiful continental breakfast with fresh fruit and bread, local cheeses and ham made a perfect start to each morning. High level of cleanliness throughout the house, nice seating are within the room, beautiful artwork everywhere, privacy with the drapes open, tasty high quality breakfast options and lovely breakfast presentation in a warm and inviting room, on top of all that the owners were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when in Bruges.

Annik and Phillipe were delightful and welcoming hosts. The breakfasts and conversations were phenomenal. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. We would recommend The Alphabet B & B to anyone and everyone!

The only down-side is that we had to leave!

What a lovely B&B! It has everything you need and is close to everything by foot. Annick and her husband have wonderful taste and have decorated the house in true style. The breakfast area overlooks a gorgeous, tranquil garden and the variety of croissants, cheese, fresh fruit, eggs and raisin breads with home-made jams is the perfect way to start your day!

Reality exceeded our expectations. This place delivered over and above! Really spacious suite with artful decor. Quality crisp linens. The bathroom was enormous! Very clean. The suite had everything we needed. Not to mention coffee, tea, fresh cream, waters and wine, restocked daily. And! A fabulous personalized breakfast each morning in a glass atrium-like room facing the garden. Host Annik was very sweet and helpful. We departed very early our last morning not having time for a sit-down breakfast, but she kindly packed a goodie bag filled with warm croissants and pastries and sandwiches she had made that morning for our train ride to the airport.

Nothing - we loved it all!

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations! Annick our host was friendly, informative and wonderful. The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a Guesthouse - fresh fruit, pastries and fresh bread, eggs and homemade preserves. We loved the quirky crockery and breakfast ware and eating in the pretty conservatory looking out onto a picturesque garden, watching the birds. Attention to detail throughout was perfect - from the artwork and lighting in the room, the bathrobes and slippers, the oh so comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom with roll-top bath and luxury toiletries. Annick really had thought about everything!

Everything is just perfect: the decoration in the bedroom, amazing bathroom, probably the nicest and biggest I have ever had while traveling. The breakfast is very tasty, healthy and fresh. The attention to details is above what we could expect. The location is perfect close to everything but away from the crowd. The hosts give valuable tips on Bruges and are the nicest people. Annick gave us a little treat for our train ride.

It was near the centre of Brugge which is very helpful and the building and inside premises is absolutely stunning. Facilities are excellent and I found the rooms massive which I thought was incredible for the price.

Everything. The hosts of this place put so much love into everything they do. It is ideal place to relax and take your time to enjoy your stay at Bruges. I was provided with all possible information I needed to explore the city. Even with the book with possible walks described. Annick can tell you so much about the city and its history. The food recommendations were also spot on. Breakfast at this place deserves special mentioning. You get amazing home made jams, fresh bread and even home baked pasties and much more. Perfect energy boost. Haven't felt so much at ease in any B&B before. Very grateful to hosts for all attention and care. Highly recommended.

Immaculately presented, clean, spacious room with huge bathroom. Very well placed to walk and discover Bruges with private parking just a minute walk to the front door. We were made to feel very welcome and the owners shared lots of information and recommendations to make our trip better.
