Hot food was the same all three days we were there.

Good breakfast with lots of choices. Quality bread and a variety of fruit. I liked the bathroom with towel warming radiator. The value was very worth the money.

Taxis are difficult to get even when ordered. Better order one in advance if need be.

A really lovely hotel in the heart of Bruges, a beautiful old hotel with lovely old feature, ideal to explore the beautiful town. The room was really comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent, if busy.

Shower water leaked under shower door onto floor. Slick shower floor.

Nice location. very clean. Decent breakfast buffet with many choices. Our room was small but adequate with elevator close by. Nice window view.

We paid AUD 60 a night to upgrade to a room with a balcony. The balcony turned out to be a Juliet balcony which couldn't even fit one chair. Definitely wouldn't have upgraded if we'd known how small it was.

The lack of a shower/wash gel. I would suggest to offer your guests a bigger shower/shampoo dispensers

Everything was perfect including breakfast, except the lack of wash/shower gel per person. Frankly, It was too small for me and we used to ask for the additional ones.

Not much negative at all. Possible improvements could be to upgrade the sound proofing in the rooms and also the shower was not the best.

The breakfast was brilliant! Superb location. Very friendly and polite staff. The bed was really comfy, so we all slept really well. Excellent value for money in a beautiful part of the city. Local pubs were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Efficient, friendly multilingual staff in reception, bar and breakfast area. Location is great for exploration on foot. Breakfast was excellent with extensive choice constantly refreshed. Room was clean and bed huge and comfy, would definitely recommend.

Mafalda at the front desk was tremendously helpful and very friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was superb and that our wish lists on the places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do in Bruges and Brussels were fulfilled.
